Sad. Gonna miss him, the NFL will miss him. The greatest competitor at QB ever.

As I have been saying, no surprise. Incredible career, he will be missed. Sure like to get a round of golf in with him

I’m old enough to remember seeing Johnny Unitas, who was sort of the Tom Brady of his time.    I saw him play at age 37, and it was clear that he was on the downside of his career, and fading fast.   As a young guy, that made a big impression on me.    I learned that even the best athletes are pretty much done, by that age.   Now, to see Brady putting up monster stats in his final year, at age 44, is just amazing.    What a great career he had.

Tom Brady made my childhood very happy during turbulent times. I have been a Patriots fan since Drew Bledsoe and Scott Zolak lol. My favorite Era is Brady, Kevin Faulk, Troy Brown, and David Patten rip. Today I am watching old Brady clips on YouTube. Thanks for making this thread.

Tom Brady retiring is a sad day for the NFL. He was special. Pat fan or not I would put his game on to watch him play QB. Tom didn't like to lose and thats all you can ask for in your QB. There are few players at the QB position that accomplished what he did.
