If you are a trend player all the numbers point to the SKINS but if you are looking at current form DALLAS looks much the better but that is already accounted for in the big number. McCoy's stats look good from last week but you have to strip out that 70+ touchdown pass as it was a simple 5 yard hook with a missed tackle and a long run down the sidelines. Gruden had to take Cousins out because his confidence was completely shot. I haven't looked at any statistics but just from the eyeball test the REDSKINS running game has taken a step back from last year but that was to be expected because Shannahan really understood how to put a running game together. The announcer on Sunday noted the SKINS lack good blocking wide receivers and size at tight end so their peripheral running attack has suffered accordingly - makes sense. It would really help if the SKINS could get Morris going this week as most have noted that the DALLAS defense isn't that good and is being protected by the COWBOYS dominant running game. I don't know what to make of Gruden as a head coach so it makes this even trickier. Lots of ponderables in this one. If you like the SKINS get it late as it is a primetime game and the public should be all over DALLAS.

In my eyes, the Redskins are the 2nd most underrated team (based on value) in the league. Yes there crap blah blah but take a look at there numbers. Despite losing there starting QB early in the season, and despite facing the Eagles, Giants, Seahawks, and Cardinals in a 4 game stretch – there outgaining there opponents by an average of 67.5 yards per game on the season. That’s 3rd best in the league behind only the Colts and the Broncos. 

 

That is because they are buried in every game and are throwing the ball and playing catch up late in games. Those stats mean nothing when it comes to the Skins. Good luck on your bet but that stat about outgaining their opponents means nothing when you constantly turn the ball over and build stats when the game is over.

to all the fu.king dolts in here saying redskins are "ZERO" chance of winning,well why the hell do they even bother plying the game then??i guess each and every one of you would have taken out the biggest mortgage you possibly could and put in on the cowboys moneyline then,right???...right???...anyone??...cos after all they are "ZERO" chance of losing the game.thats wat many of you dic.k-wads have indicated.
of course its unlikely,hence the odds....but its far from impossible.its like most of the people in here have never watched a feckin game of sport in their lives or have astonishingly short memory/recall....much bigger upsets than this happen on a weekly basis all over the world in a variety of sports.
so,is there a good chance??..well,no not really..........but could it happen??absolutely positively...and the fact that all of y'all havent bet your life-savings on dallas is testament to that..and yet still ya come in and shoot your mouths off..

My only advice would be to wait until Monday morning. This line will get to at least 10.5 (over a key number of 10) after the public herds on the Boys to recover their lost winnings from Sunday.

I can't tell if you legitimately think this or if your just trying to make your Dallas bet sound better. The only game the Redskins lost that was out of hand early was to the Giants in Week4, and NY out-gained them by 130+ in that game. Every other loss for the Redskins they were in it in the 4th Quarter so i'm not sure why you think they've been "padding their stats." To each his own I guess.

Why are they only 2-5 SU and 2-5 ATS this year then? Main reason comes down to turnovers. Redskins are dead last in the league in turnover margin at -9. They had a chance to not only cover, but win in Arizona two weeks ago until they committed 4 costly turnovers in the fourth. The redskins are better than they seem, and can put some wins together if they start taking care of the ball. The game Monday night will heavily come down to the Redskins offensive line. If they can’t block, the newly proclaimed QB will have an awful game, but if they can keep him clean in the pocket – there’s no reason why he can’t shred this overrated Cowboys defense with the help of Alfred Morris facing the 31rst rush defense in the NFL. 

The Cowboys will once again establish Demarco Murray, but the Redskins are atleast somewhat decent against the rush. They’re tied for 8th in the league in defensive YPC, despite facing Arian Foster, LeSean McCoy + Darren Sproles, Marshawn Lynch, and Andre Ellington. They definitely won’t shut down the Cowboys rushing attack, but at least they can limit Murray from going off.

Dallas just completed a 4 game stretch beating a Saints team in a huge revenge game, beating in-state rival Texans, winning a huge game in Seattle, and beating divisional rival Giants at home. Now they are large favorites against a Washington team desperate for a win. I said the game would mostly come down to whether or not Washington’s Oline can keep McCoy clean in the pocket.. well Dallas is 30th in the league in Sacks. Through 7 games, they have a total of just 6 sacks. Only the Raiders and Rams are worse. 

My money is on the Saints and Redskins ML. GL

I agree. Just wanted to add, I think RG3 helps the running game quite a bit.

League Capper, Dallas will come out more fired up than the previous 4 games, in front of 100 million viewers and 100,000 in the stands. 
After the game you'll be saying, Dallas is what we thought they were and Washington is too. lol

You can write for days and try and talk yourself into things but this is the best Dallas team we've seen in a long time and Washington is garbage, just no denying it. With a 3rd string quarterback starting to boot. This should be a fun game to watch and most likely another Prime Time blowout.

How you can say the skins are under ratedbis beyond me. They are garbage, just like the giants are garbage. I don't know what you see in these teams. The redskins qb situation is a mess. The receiving core is below average and the rushing game is the only decent thing they have. Their passing defense is garbage. Rushing defense is pretty good. Dallas is playing solid football at home on fire and on a mission. Good offense, good defense. If you think Washington has a chance to beat this team because its divisional , I want what ever it is that you are smoking. That's good sh1t. Just like the giants you were on against phili. Skins get burned tonight. But good luck with your play. And keep smoking that good stuff!!

These sound like similar arguments posed by the NE backers last week at home against the hapless Jets...  I forgot what happened in that game...???  

GL skins backers as this is like the above game I referenced, this is usually a fairly close game, i too think 10 is too much to lay.

It's true that Dallas doesn't get the sacks...but they do just enough to get pressure on the QB

Cowboys D gonna be looking to rip the ball out of receivers hands once they swarm and wrap em up
