- But can you explain the Houston pick?  Both teams are a fraudulent 2-1 with bad qb's so the line is appropriate, but do you really think Houston matches up well with Buffalo?  Houston is going to have a problem running on Buffalo even if Arian Foster were playing.  Without?  Forget it.  Likewise on the other side Buffalo has a solid run game and Houston hasn't slowed anyone's run game down.

Last year the Saints started out by winning 2 close games and this year they lost two close games. I'm throwing out the Vikings game (which they should have dominated) for the reasons I mentioned above. I really think they'll be ready for Dallas.

u cant just throw out games... if thats the case then throw out the cowboys vs niners game cuz the cowboys gifted the niners 2 early tds, take those away and dallas outscored sf the rest of the game... i like dallas here cuz they should be able to control the clock.. if the defene can play as good as they have so far this season they have a great chance at the "upset"

Dallas was not going to beat the Niners with or without the turnovers, though they might have made it close. What should worry Cowboy backers is exactly the kind of bonehead plays they made in that game. The Saints (imo) are less likely to beat themselves than the Cowboys.With all things being equal (which they almost are), I'll take the better QB and coach every single time.

u do have a good point about cowboys making mistakes... but it really think the game plan will be run the ball control the clock and keep brees on the sideline... obviously easier said than done.. but im not sold that new orleans has the defense to stop them.. murray needs to hold onto the ball hes had a fumble in every game this year..

They have the #1 ranked defense in all of the nfl, and the #2 ranked rushing defense. Im not worried about their defense at all vs. this punchless jet team, im a bit worried about stafford not being able to handle the blitz, and about them fumbling the game away like they did vs. carolina, but not enough to not bet them against geno smith thats for sure.

completely agree with this one....Dirty Birds aren't in their home dome.  Defense will get exposed on the road and Ryan and Julio won't be enough to overcome it.  GL with Minny

The Lions just beat Green Bay at home, & the Jets just lost and looked terrible at home on MNF. Detroit going on the road vs this Jets team and line is only -1? It looks too easy. Jets are the right side. They will come out more motivated & the Lions will come out flat after the big win. The Jets front 7 is far too much for the Lions weak O-line. The Lions will not be able to run the ball at all & Stafford won't have much time all day. I don't see the Lions playing their A game in this spot, & I think they'll commit a lot of penalties helping out New York.

Yep.  Neither team should be able to run the ball and the game should come down to turnovers.  Flip a coin here both teams like to shoot themselves in the foot.
