Not all, but several, and possibly most of them (with the exception of Achane, who comes back after the bye).
Armstead and Hunt are both up in the air on the O-line... I'd say Williams and Howard should be back. If all of Miami's starters are healthy in any game this season, there isn't a chance in hell the other team is winning that game, and you can take that to the bank! Right now, we're unlikely to see that until after the bye. If it happens... get ready!
Regardless, if the entire starting defense is out there this week, Miami will beat the Chiefs. Howard seems to be the only question mark, to my knowledge.
