I took Lions-4 last week .Line just down to where it was

at -6 started looking like the public went crazy .

IMO Giants are not ready for this game .Maybe week 4 or5 you will get the Giants playing a lot better .But with new offense a Def. not close to where it was . A hopefully different attitude in Det with new coaching staff . Talent wise Det is way in front of NY

No doubt....I was thinking the same thing about the line.....over 60% of the money on the Lions and it's steadily 'still' dropping. I did hit it @ +6 NYG w/ one of my guys. The other one had it @ 5.5 earlier, I was waiting for it to go up also and it's down to 4.5 now.

As bad as the Giants and Buffalo were in the preseason, they did have an extra game and week of practice time which would think is an advantage going into game 1.

agreed, i think this is a trap. vegas doesn't really believe that the giants are the pick, they just need to even out the money and by dropping it this much (2 pts in one move), they will get some bettors to flip. great for me, i have big teaser on nyg +14.5. now i can hedge on lions ml -210.

Agreed its a trap. I love that Vegas fools the small time bettors with these kinds of tactics and makes gambling so easy for those you pay attention and bet larger amounts.

I&#x27;m surprised you are the king of anything.I will offer a more logical explanation.  Detroit backers hit it early and Giants backers waited to get the best line possible.  Vegas has just adjusted the line accordingly.  Sometimes it is that simple.
