San Fran are 6-1-1 at home so they are NOT unbeaten. Anyway, you take Kapernick over Rodgers, fire away!!! I'll take plus money on a MVP, Superbowl winner vs a rookie any day. Not saying Kapernick isn't the future for SF but it won;t be Saturday.
Obviously SF defense is better than GB's but most of the games this year were without Matthews and Woodson who are back now. Offensively also, all the GB wide outs are back now which spells trouble.
I can see the game coming down to a couple of big special team plays.

Their run defense stats are skewed; take away Adrian Peterson's two games which is 400 yards and they're 4th in the league against the rush.

i dont think the packer D is bad and yes they are getting healthy. but this is a horrible matchup for the packers defense as the niner O line will PLOW them all day. that week 1 beat down was not a fluke. the niners dominated the packers in the trenches and i dont see how this changes sunday.

But to respond to your opinions, I'd like to objectively state that Green Bay was 10th in overall defense this season, giving up 336 yds/gm....118 on the ground and 218 through the air. WTF is wrong with these numbers????? As well, Green Bay was 4th in league in sacks with 47 and they're going against a SF offensive line that gave up the 8th most sacks this season with 41.
