Uhmmmm hello I don’t think anybody has mentioned the fact that Philadelphia is ranked 29th yes I said it 29th. Go ahead fact   Check it against the pass. Good luck Philly

In the last 5 weeks, the Eagles have played four playoff teams(3 if Buffalo doesn’t make it but they are fringe). The Niners have played 1 playoff team. Opponents matter. I don’t think the Eagles lay an egg like the Jags did.

They are 29th against the pass because teams pass a lot against them, as they are difficult to run on. The Eagles are ranked 9th in DEF YPPA, which is probably a better indicator of their prowess against the pass. But, that won't be good enough to slow down these 49ers.

Yes, and they beat that playoff team by 31 points on the road. It was one of the most dominating performances I've seen all season.

9ers revenge game as well....bit of weight in that

only chance is if eagles dominate TOP and sack purdy 4+ times or injure him again

or if hurts plays the game of his life. which is plausible

My guess is that the Eagles are not going to put huge effort in on this game and focus on divisional rival next week. Game doesn’t mean as much to them as next week. I’m staying away and running with the under 48. 

I'm on the Eagles +3 at even money and on the Eagles moneyline +150, but my biggest bet is on the Eagles moneyline +130 in the 1st half.

The TV talking heads as well as countless fans/bettors have been openly questioning the legitimacy of their NFC Championship game victory and you don't think this game means as much to them as next week's game?

They had me a little bit concerned in the 1st quarter, but when the Eagles only got 2 FGs I figured we would be okay.  Deebo Samuel is a beast!   

Eagles left them off the hook early and the niners blasted them the rest of the way, great adjustments by the niners staff and terrible job by the eagles and their staff

Turns out that didn't matter. The Eagles were gassed as many pointed out, and we saw yesterday that one quarter of strong effort was all they had left in the tank. 

The Niners have now twice this season been fortunate enough to be a favored visiting team facing a home team on a winning streak of at least 4 games. Both times the Niners absolutely made the most of that, pummeling the Jaguars back on November 12th, ending Jacksonville's 4-game winning streak, and yesterday tearing up the worn-out Eagles, ending their 5-game winning streak. These Niners know how to take care of business.
