Nobody mentioned that Cincy's coach lost the game on the opening drive when he went for 4th and 1 from midfield. You punt 100% of the time and pin them down, if its the 4th quarter then you go for it. If you have the Steelers "Steel Curtain" defense, then maybe go for it, but Cincy's D is average at best! They handed Rams 7 pts. and early momentum!
