Wings took out most of the board and the Rags took out the rest.  

You gotta look at things besides the stats.  If the games were just played on paper it would be sooooooo easy.  The Wings were just full of themselves, winning the first 3 games on their road trip and going against a team on a major slide.  But when you dug deeper you saw that they already had one foot on the plane to go home. Look at the 3rd period and this was very clear. Also before this mini win streak they were on a 4 game losing streak. 

Get under that hood and look at everything you can and you will be going to the bank !!!!

Lippsman - Just curious, you say that about the Wings but the same could be said about the Ducks going into last night, no? Last game of a solid road trip and looking forward to returning home but they still pulled out the W

Read the whole thing I wrote instead of just the going back home. The Rangers have been playing well, so the Ducks wouldn't take them for granted for the W, as the Wings did with the Jets.

Rarely post here and didn't post last night. Thought I was the only guy in the world crazy enough to take Edmonton in regulation last night lol! But that was my logic in taking them. Wings were rolling and the end of a road trip against a team desperate for a win and that's how it played out.
