Morning Gentlemen and Jules 

Woke up to see the Vancouver Boudreau's continue to roll. AND what the hell has gotten into Buffalo? Better yet, what about Florida and Philly...just when you thought. Ever have those nights where you say, would've, should've could've? That was me last night. I see where the league has postponed the Boston Montreal game for Saturday. Here is a non-related stat out of South Africa. Hospitalization rates for Omnicron varient is 1.7% (compared that to the same time of the Delta variant in South Africa, it was 19%).  Personally don't know the answer but shutting shit down is NOT what this world needs. The large majority of these positive cases are asymptomatic and the ones with symptoms are like a mild cold. There has to be a better answer. Vent over. 

No odds out yet on Pens/Swords, but I will taking the Pens in some fashion. Buffalo WILL NOT beat Jets, Wild and Pens in a 3 game stretch (b2b plus possible Subban in net). Who will Vegas put in net tonight? Lehner in b2b situation? Check in right before the game as it is showing Panarin as a ? tonight. Rangers have only beaten Arizona, Buffalo and Chicago recently while losing to Colorado (twice), and Nashville. I will playing the Stars tonight. Team was called out by coach after the loss to St. Louis the other night. Playing the pissed off angle here (good capping skills). Washington has allowed 3 or more goals in 7 of their last 10 games. Buffalo, Columbus and Carolina the only teams not able to reach that 3rd goal. On the other hand, the Jets are losers of 3 of the last 4 games and 6 of their last 10. Jets tt or pass here. Preds are rolling and I thought their Covid list would have slowed them down last night but it didn't. Now tonight might be a different story. Probably no Saros in net. Which means Hawks tt is a possible play here. Hawks have scored 9 goals last 2 games vs Leafs and Caps, so something is clicking. Will see who is in net. Any questions about the Yotes/Ducks game? It's Ducks PL or no play.

Want to hear an amazing coincidence, not suggesting anything of course but just pointing out a wild coincidence. Personally I don't believe in coincidences but.....did you know that South Africa told Pfizer to stop shipping them vaccine shipments or delay shipments if that word is preferred, and within 24 hours the corrupt WHO announced that there was a variant named the Omicron variant in South Africa and all flights in and out of the country were immediately shutdown. South Africa is also one of the countries that refuses to mandate a forced injection on their people, through coercion or any other means, they merely suggest it and then leave it up to the individual while keeping everyone on the same level of freedom, choosing not to oppress anyone. What a wild coincidence. Pfizer refuses to comment on the matter. That's all, moving on to hockey now.

Maurice is out, Lowry steps in, the Oilers are in talks with Babcock and the Flyers still don't have a coach. Are you golfing lately Doc? How is the weather there? Does Pittsburgh roll tonight?

Oh one last thing all N95 masks are already sold out online in Canada last I checked...was just curious lol.....and the toilet paper freaks have started buying up all the toilet paper here again. Oh Canada....

By the way Doc, if you want to see the epitome of a class act watch the interview with Maurice in regards to him leaving. Guy is always a class act. He said the team did not quit on him but an intelligent coach knows when it's time to go and when the team needs a new voice in the room. Stand up guy always. 

Don't like Babcock much, don't know if he would be a good fit in Edm. Someone in another thread mentioned Boucher might be back on the market  I feel he would be a better fit. Also think Edmonton should address the goaltending situation .

I saw that interview, and reading the transcript, too...amazing class act, Paul Maurice...what an intelligent and honest take/explanation why he put the team and the city ahead of himself.

PS - The doctor (Dr. Coetzee) who identified the early symptoms that led to the new variant declaration said she was shocked by the reaction of the WHO and all the other countries responses!!!

 I'm aware and it is happening in other places too and it is on its way to happening all over North America my friend, it is just part of the big picture of taking away individuality and continuing to dumb us all down, which the elite class have been working on for a long time now, it is just getting ramped up. There will be no more advanced classes of any kind and gifted students will no longer be moved aside and worked with to excel with their natural intellectual abilities. None of this insanity can be stopped unless humans unite but we have all never in history been so divided, which obviously is their main goal, and they have succeeded in spades. All part of the movement. Try to enjoy life as best you can despite evil being fully in charge now.

BRUCE THERE IT IS continues to dominate. Hard to fade a team that hot. Gotta keep taking them until they lose. I'm going to Nucks/Leafs game. Hopefully these games don't cancel or another lock down.

Good Luck Doc, I like Pittsburgh, Winnipeg despite coach resigning. However ST.Louis owns Dallas ,going with the Blues.

This covid protocol thing is getting out of hand, I really don't see how young vaccinated players are really going to get that sick. If they start sitting players especially that want to play and are playing well, it will just mess things up even more. Now they're limiting fan attendance too, wtf. When will this bs end. Hard to evaluate teams not nearly at full strength especially not because of injuries.

 The reason I am on Dallas is St. Louis just beat them and Dallas coach called out the team for playing like shit and not putting forth the effort. He did it out in public, so let's see.
