Thanks Bolts...and more importantly,,thanks Jets.  Been successful betting against Winnie and Blowjackets.

One thing I noticed about this short NHL season is that the favorites are winning at a high clip for one reason....no time to take games off.  If a team Starts a slide, its hard to come back.

I truly believe you will see most favorites or better talented team win most nights. During 82 game schedule if you lose 3-4 in a row, no big deal...however in this season 3-4 can mean the difference from number 8 spot and number 9!

Flyers ML to beat the crap out of the Canes.

Two things will happen..Flyers will finally start their season today or this loss will show the true colours of those POS called the Flyers.

Im gonna bank on the Flyers today.  They just came back from a huge road swing. Winning a few games at home puts them right back in the thick of things.

Canes are terrible...who cares if they added some brotherly love with both Staals.

Well...Here is the deal...

I Havent liked any of the last two days and tonight doesnt bode well again.

Please take what I pick with a grain of salt.

1. Deadlegs playing against a team that wants revenge from last years semifinals.

2. Deadwings are a machine at home and have been since last year ( I believe winning something like 23 straight at home ) Flames well...they suck.

Trends ( via covers )

a. dont look good for the Rangers, but again I am betting on a tired team that is looking for a break after this game versus a Rangers team that has a coach that prides himself on winning and defense

b. Trends look ok for Red wings

Flames are 8-21 in their last 29 road games

Red Wings are 38-14 in their last 52 home games

Flames are 4-11 in the last 15 meetings in Detroit.

Flames are 2-7 in the last 9 meetings. (small sample size )

I like that a solid Rangers team is getting even money and I love that Redwings are only -140 at home.
