rangers pummeled the jets ... you gotta be happy about lundqvist playing that good tho ! might be another night for the new york teams here. do i dare throw a parlay down for sabres and islanders ?

He's played well all year for them. As I argued with RinkRat twice, I'm not doing it because I'm a homer. I've openly bashed this team, but I won't bash Lundqvist with the way he's played. I used a stat in my write-ups today about the Isles being first in High Danger Scoring Chances Against...the team with the second most this season is NYR but the saving grace for them as been the fact that Lundqvist is 4th in the league in Save% in those situations. He's bailed them out all year.
Sabres lost Eichel so I don't know what to expect out of them. They're both bad playing the second of a b2b and both missing their top players. I probably lean COL even though The Avalanche have been bad in BUffalo.
And the Isles. Hard to ever back a team that gives up the scoring chances they do, thats why I generally play the overs with them.
VAN up 5-0 on Bishop and DAL after 2? These are the types of results I'm at a loss of words with.

I cannot believe the Dallas score right now. I'm lucky I was out of the house b/c I would have been on them 100%. Same with Winnipeg.

BOS -155 The Bruins are coming off a loss. Not just any loss. They lost at home to a bottom feeding Buffalo Sabres team. That’s embarrassing. Sometimes through the course of a long season, a team needs a wake-up call to keep them honest. Complacency can set it, no matter who the team is. Since mid-November this Bruins team is 27-5-4. They don’t lose often and when they do, they tend to bounce back. For New Jersey, they have 5 wins in their last 18 games. Not looking to get fancy here. Taking the Bruins for the bounce-back win.
BOS -1 ½ +185 Eddie Lack was just confirmed for the Devils. He has an atrocious .829 Save% and 4.71 GAA *two unit play*
CGY -125 Flames are in the midst of a 6-game road trip, which for this team is just how they like it. One of the top road teams in the league, they are 2-1 on the current trip and get to play an Isles team which allows the most High Danger Scoring Chances Against. I see the Isles with a bit of a let down after a historic comeback against DET its last timeout and I see a motivated Flames team that started slow and finished slow to give away a game to a struggling Rangers team.
CGY/NYI over 6 -115
COL/BUF under 5 ½ -120 The Avalanche were cruising along on the back of a true breakout season from star Nathan MacKinnon. Since he went down the team has seen its offensive production dip to produce only 9 goals in 5 games (1.8). For Buffalo, they just lost their top offensive producer and #1 center in Jack Eichel. Eichel had 53 points. No one else on the roster has more than 37. Both teams are playing the second of a b2b so I expect a slow-paced struggle of a game. Robin Lehner in net for Buffalo and owns a .923 Save% on home ice.
Good luck to everyone! Lets get that money!

I finally got an empty net goal by BOS to win a bet! Had another empty net situation in CGY where it could have gotten me a push but didn't happen. That ups my amazing empty net situational wins losses to an amazing 2-19 in the last 21 times an empty netter could have gotten me a win!

at least you had a solid night. Winnipeg buried me nice and early lol. Couldn't believe our Rangers went in there and beat them. There were so many angles to back the Jets it wasn't even funny. Hank stood on his friggin head

Only had a solid night because I doubled up on that Bruins PL +185 AND b/c I didn't get to a cpu otherwise I was going to bet DAL, WIN and WASH which all lost so in that regard I got lucky. It did jump me up to +128 to finish the week so I'll take anything in the plus column at the end of the week.
