All Montreal needs is Halak to play like he did in Game 1 and a full  60 minutes of trying as opposed to the usual 2 periods.

I also can't stand Ovi's personality. I hope someone crunches him with a nice legal hit that lands him on his ass

Yah, I meant what's to like? the guy has a sense of humour, LOVES the game; that is, loves to play and compete (and it's apparent the money aspect of is not even on his radar), always interacts/allows access to media, has incredible enthusiasm and verve for life, is pretty damn humble all things considered, and is involved in charities both here and in Russia. And of course, personality aside he's probably the most dynamic, exciting and arguably talented, skilled player in the Hockey world. Hmm, how many players can you say that about? certainly can't think of many on Les Habidonts.Conversely, there ARE many who I'd love to see get 'pasted' into the boards as you alluded to with OV, primarily and solely for their personalities (both Kostitsyns - that's a given, Lappiere - chickenshit/'tough', Plekanec, Gomez etc)

Quasi...when you going to start with your pepper/frenchie comments like you always do.

Ovechkin is an in your face type of guy, takes cheap shots at other players both verbally and physically. He is not liked by many of his competitors and he will be taken out by an opponent willing to give him the same dose of medication he doles out.

I do agree with many of your comments but there is a reason that Crosby will continue making the big endorsements as the leagues number 2 player

My fellow montrealer, the reason halak looked so good in game 1 is because Washington kept shooting high and MISSING the net.... there must have been a dozen missed shots on goal on top of all the shots on goal.... game 2, washington got those high shots on goal, and well you can saw the result for yourself....

Good luck tonight, you are betting with your heart, and as much as I want to see the habs win tonight, its not worth risking real hard-earned money on....
