I would expect the Wings to open somewhere in the range of -190.

As I posted in the Matt Cooke thread, he is a loose cannon. He certainly cost his team tonight. 

It's a shame he can't control himself and acts out that idiotically.

LV Hilton opened Penguins +145 Red Wings -155 (-1 1/2 +190).

BUT https://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?Category=SPORTS05 says "Datsyuk, Mule (Franzen), Hudler out vs. Penguins"

Renton 2010, did you just start watching hockey yesterday? The Pens are still playing very tough. Why don't you fade the Leafs, you will make more money. When is the last time Toronto made the playoffs, the late 90's?

Seems to me that is a generous line for the Devils.

NOT so much recently BUT last two HAVE been shootout games.

you REALLY think we are going anywhere in the Playoffs this year UNLESS we get Sid back healthy, Pen9192?

LeRinkRat, they will beat Tampa Bay in the 1st round I guarantee you that. They still handle Philly well as you just saw. Us Pens fans all know they can't beat the Caps at all recently, so yes I do think they can advance past anyone EXCEPT the Caps. Even with Crosby back I don't think they can beat Washington.

TB sucks .... really hard..... not trying to hate... but they arnt very good...maybe next year for them.

your blowing like a fan instead of handicapping, Pen9192. our Pennies can't score for beans. Flower and the D are the whole show right now. Boston, Washington (who you mentioned), Philadelphia (IF they can keep it out their own net) and the NY Rangers (IF they make the playoffs, which they SHOULD) ALL have better offenses and decent D.

in fact, today when I was @ the Hilton superbook betting NCAA Hockey, I bet the Rangers Eastern Conference @ 18-1 and Cup @ 40-1. I think they are the best "Dangerous Dog" in the East. only question is "can Lundqyist stay healthy" because if he goes down "die gans gekocht ist"

LeRink, I love this Pens team, in the playoffs the refs completely swallow the whistles. Defense is what wins and hot goal tending, we have both! Just can't beat Washington, so as long as we avoid them we win.

I would not fade the pens for much longer  If i where you. Mr.Crosby is coming back soon and boy does  he look good. I think i mite have 2 get out my crosby jersey out this spring.
