I guess I am just old fashioned. Remember I am in my 50s. When I have a disagreement with someone, it gets talked out with logic and reason. I cannot waste time dealing with immature people who lie and stretch the truth to support their argument. 

It's annoying as hell to spend your time to help people and you get flack for having a bad week despite being up overall. 

It's hard for me to ignore idiots because I don't let anybody run their mouth. I guess I will just have to accept it here. 

It is a LONG season. It is early. There will be ups and downs. From now on I will just ignore the "trolls" and any posts that don't offer constructive criticism.

Thanks to to motherflickee, serendipity, asu, leaffan, bythebay, cincy, JJ, JG, russ, sportsnetwork, and all the others i missed.

Few bounces and we are in the black. I believe that was the 7th or 8th game where it ended in 5 goals with time to spare. That plus so many OT losses I am not worried. It's a long season and there are ups and downs.

*As I said before I started adding parlays, these are high variance plays and are purely up to your discretion to use. The record is not included in the single bet unit tracking because they are obviously not singles. They will be included in the finally yearly tally of course.

If you don't want to play the parlays, then pass. If you want to, but have a small bankroll, throw 0.10 units on them. The reason I added them was because I do make them occasionally when I see 3-5 picks I really like. I was also asked by many people through pm and the thread to provide the best picks so they could make parlays because some people just love action and it's their lottery ticket for entertainment.

Bet these at your own risk and understand the volatile variance. It may be 0-4 right now with -4 units but all it takes is ~ 1 in 10 to break even and make profit. They can be profitable if they are kept
small and using +EV lines.

It will turn our way. I think I read you are still ahead 7 units. Can't avoid the trolls. They are everywhere you go. Keep up the good work, like you said a couple of bounces our way and nobody would be bitching. Enjoy your coffee and let's break the bank

General - keep doing what you do. I have gotten tons of value from your NHL picks. I'm going to Las Vegas next weekend and I'm really looking forward to collecting those winning tie and PL $$$$ in person!

Sharp, I don't follows your plays so I am not saying this so that  you continue to do so.. I just wanted to say that I respect and admire everyone (Win or Losses) that takes time out of their day to come here and post their knowledge so others might benefit from it. That's a very kind thing to do and I know they are some sad people that just want to get their frustration out on others and the internet his the safest way for the sads and cowards alike to do so. anyway just want to say GL in whatever decision you take

I'm personally learning a lot from you General, all the Value picks you make knocks out the losses from before. The trolls want their money now and you tell them to be patience. The end of season results is what I compare, and your units will not even compare to the trolls as you will be so far ahead. I'm a believer in you to the end. Thanks Again!

Thanks for the hard work, Gen.  I'm still following and certainly not complaining about any loses. That's part of gambling. 

People have to realize this is NOT a sprint, but a marathon. 

Keep it up man....    I put 2 units on that parlay, I think today is the day. GL...

I'm a old fashion army man in my 50 ' s too, General and it makes it tough to see how people act today. People have a lot less social skills cause they communicate in a much different way than you and I did growing up. They seem to prefer texting and face booking more than face to face talk. They have less sense of direction. A drill Sargeant taught us how to communicate and what direction to have. Today it's a phone and computer! It's like Ron White says, you can't fix stupid! So your right to just blow them off!

Hey General don't let idiots get to you, you do good work in capping your bets. I like your betting philosophy it's the only one I totally agreed with. Hockey is the best and most dynamic sport and so much of betting lies in intangibles not just numbers. You have way more followers than haters and we look forward everyday to your prognostications. Keep up the good work man!
