two HUGE factors in Game 1. Penguins really couldn't get a forecheck going after the 1st half of 1st period because the Bruins won almost every one of their D zone faceoffs and "Team Discipline" goes without saying. down only 0-1 Penguins lost their cool then lost the game

Your Penguins will play much better team hockey in Boston and they will be a much better price. Win or lose this wager in my humble opinion this is the only sensible betting side for this game this evening. With the factors listed in post 1 and with what we saw in game 1, to pay that crazy price to bet the Penguins tonight is nothing but a fool wishing and hoping his dreams come true. Don't get me wrong Pittsburgh is a great offensive team and could erupt and blow out Boston 5-1 tonight, but there is nothing really tangible heading into the game tonight to rationalize paying a ridiculous price tag on the chance of that materializing.

Cannot argue with your checklist, mon ami. 
BUT Pens will turn that outward anger to their INNER chi and channel FOCUS...in turn much more productive lines to break down Bruins GOOD D.

Penguins are a super talented team, like I say they could crush them tonight and I won't be shocked but I require some evidence of this first and the goaltending matchup is a large disadvantage in this series for them in my opinion and at this time of the season that can't be understated. just on thePenguins  -180 or higher lay price alone I agree 100%. it's either Bruins +160 or higher (I got a +170 on a "throw the snake" bet) OR Penguins -1 1/2 +160 (and hope they blow the B's out on the "bounce back") tonight

Islanders beat the pens 2 games in that series too.

Polar, great post. I said in a few posts the other night I feel the Pens defense and goaltending hurt them. Vokuun isn't a sieve. I think he is decent, but not a big game goalie. Also their team defense is not their strong point. On the other hand I wouldn't be surprised if try blew up offensively, but I think you are on the right side, especially at the price. Good luck tonight.

Your checklist looks spot on so far Polar. MAF will be in in the 2nd.

I played my boys Game 1 but didn't have stones to go with them again. I did hit a small play on the 1st period over.
