I&#x27;m going to guess it&#x27;s because the Ducks are in the last game of their win-less home stand and also people betting some sort of martingale strategy where they double the bet until the team wins when a team is on a losing streak. Could be way off though.

The Ducks recently (in December) beat the Pens 4-2. That game was in Pittsburg.

The Ducks have won the last 3 head to head vs the Pens.

While the vast majority of the public is on the Pens, 60% (15 of 25) of Covers "experts" were on the Ducks.
