If the Stars play like they did games 1 and 2, then Marty should be fine but if they let the DUCKS get open and can't contain them. That series goes back to Anaheim 2 - 2.
He can make those big saves to keep them in the game.
I think he can.

The Stars outshot the Ducks in game 3 by a huge margin. 33-15 were the shots! The Stars have to just play hockey and let the Ducks take stupid penalties. The Ducks wont just give games away they are a great team. I still like the Stars tonight Turco will play good enough to win i hope.

Defending champs at plus money, I will take that any day, even though Niedermayer is still questionable from his concussion.
That is Rob "Package Deal" Niedermeyer not Scott "Pillar of the Blueline" Niedermeyer. Rob is the superfluous third teat that comes along with getting a top 4, 22+min/gm defenseman. How do you think they lured Scott away from NJ in the first place?
I don't think the Stars are necessarily the better team. They're both streaky and I like whichever is hot to win the series. The Stars clearly lost the bulk of their momentum the other night. I can't say it wasn't unintentional but that's just speculation. They did the same thing the Quax did in the first per of the first 2 games: NOTHING. Which team face plants tonight is a matter of speculation but I'm leaning toward taking the Quax.
