Miss you Lipps!
Thx for the refresh of this post GASportsDoc. Classic. Not sure on the numbers over the years, but I know I have come out ahead most every playoffs with these specific playoff series Split Plays system. He is missed, but his legacy lives on.

I actually posted in this original thread and we all know how CBJ did there! I recall +200 on the Ducks vs Detroit in 2003 with JS Guiguerre, the Kings in 2012 vs Vancouver, it can pay big boys!

RIP Mr. Lippsman! Someone I always admired on this forum over the years.
A Great member/referee.
I haven't been active lately, but always play the Lippsman Split and will continue to do so!

The Minnesota game tomorrow at +155 seems like a good opportunity,they have played Vegas tough all year and I would be kinda surprised if they lost the 1st 2 games of this series.Even though Vegas is definitely one of the best teams,I dont think Minnesota is to far behind them.

@MrWhatsItToYa
Very nice! I played the Islanders too at +120. I know Lippsman would have avoided it as their starting goalie was injured, but I was in the mood to gamble.
Looks like Nashville and St. Louis are the plays for tomorrow.

Negative, unless you're doing the variation
2. If the dog wins the first game you take the fave in the 2nd one. I will play this sometimes. But if it's juiced more than -140, which it usually is, then of course I play the -1 line. You notice I didn't mention the regulation line. That's because there is just too much of a chance of OT in the playoffs. Don't play regulation lines. Play the -1.

The only true play tonight according to Lipp's rules would be Nashville. STL has an injury that would not qualify them
