Them Rangers

Fuck Me and My Flyers... and we LEAD our series 3-2... for the moment.

Fuck Me and my Flyers AND Kings... both were up 3-0 in games and people actually think they will still lose those series... and the books are still making the Flyers the dogs even at HOME in game 6 just as they were in game 4...!!!!

F^cK em all... The ONLY team playing as if they deserve the cup right now is Nashville.

The Preds took out a good (mind you gimpy) Detroit team in just 5 games and won both games in Detroit also.

I'll be keeping my eye on them to possibly win it all this season.

The ONLY team in the East that has shown some consistent good play has been Washington (believe it or not) who has pushed the defending champs backs against the wall. The Caps have also won two of thier 3 wins AT the Bruins rink.

With the Caps improved defense, suprisingly good netminding, and timely goals... they just could be the teams to beat in the East this season.

The regular season means absolutely NOTHING right now in these playoffs.

I'm gonna go and look at the lines for these two teams to win thier conferences... and for Nashville to win the Cup.

Why NOT the Preds...??? Recent cup winners include Carolina, Tampa Bay and Dallas... Maybe the Preds are the new Southern Express...!!!

I'm still rooting for my teams... The Flyers and Kings... and I sure hope that NEITHER of them screw up and lose thier Q-Final series after having been up 3-0 in games.

The Good news for my Kings is that they can't face Nashville in the next round since the Blues have already advanced. If the Kings advance they get the Blues and Preds play winner of CHI/PHX.

The Flyers could see the Caps in the next round if both teams advance AND Florida and Ottawa also advance. 

I really don't know what to think of these playoffs YET... Teams like the Rangers, New Jersey and Boston have been really big letdowns and screwed up many a good ticket for me already.

I find it LAUGHABLE that there are TWO Southern Division Teams and the Senators on the brink of advancing to round two... while the Defending Champs, Bruins... and the ALL Regular Season Long Frontrunner Rangers... and a veteran New Jersey team that had over 100 points are all on the brink of elimination. And I won't even bring up the Flyers/Pens series... or the Kings/Van series.

If I take off my fan glasses... every team has been a joke except Nashville, St.Louis, LA and Washington.

Currently they each share the obvious keys to winning in the playoffs... great goaltending, stingy defense and timely goals... If The Kings can get back on track scoring... and maybe win game 5 tonight... then these are the 3 teams to watch the closest... with Nashville currently being the obvious frontrunner in my opinion.

Sorry... I know this is a Rags thread... but these thought just came pouring out so I put em down in text.

I have the Rangers on two Series parlays so I hope they can find a way to win vs Ottawa in games 6 and 7... and we better hope that those games don't go into OT.
