Can't speak for others but if you mean me I can handle a loss and bad calls, yes they go both ways for sure but you missed my point entirely I was not bitching about the call which was brutal, I was discussing how it was inexplicably changed and trying to figure out why and who?

If the original ref called it a no goal then it's just a bad call but that is not what happened, and I am very curious as to how it got reversed.

IMO this should have counted, however by definition of the rule a player can't go into the crease on his own and prevent the goalie from being able to freely move within his crease.  In this case Turco made no contact and didn't look like he was trying to move up to the top of the crease, had he tried to and was prevented from doing so then i would disallow it.

Ok EVERYONE take off your 'sports' blinders.. Did not watch the game, did not wager on the game.. Just watched the clip.. Complete BS I've seen that goal called a 100 times.. It's OBVIOUS!! This is about money.. Halfway thru the 3RD PERIOD! Bruins were favs here they like the favs to win by 1.. This call was about money.. Whether or not the ref had money on it I don't know but maybe his buddy did.. Maybe Vegas did..

Do you really think sports is about sports nowadays? Its not! 1st its about money.. 2nd its about sports.. Do you know how many millions of dollars are riding on one game? Especially the 'Later Games'..

Rob Martell has been a Ref in 6 Bruins games this season... The Bruins went 5-1 in those games with thier only loss being a blowout (6-0) to Buffalo.

The scores in the games won by BOS were 4-2 (3/25/12... Disallowed ANA Goal that would have tied game at 2-2s), 3-2 (3/24/12... Questional Bruins Skate Goal gives them 3-1 lead), 4-3 (1/31/12... Down 3-1 at home Bruins get 2 in 3rd to win game in RegTime, Go 2-4 on PP in game w/one call with 4 seconds left in game... so 2 for 3 on PP. Thier were NO minor penailities on the Bruins in this game).3-2 in SO (12/19/12... vs Habs in BOS... even scoresheet - looks clean), 3-2 SO (at CHI - even scoresheet - looks clean).

Brad Watson has been Ref in 4 Bruins games this season - The Bruins went 3-1 in those games (Two shown above with Rob Martell on 3/24/12 and 3/25/12)

 The scores in the two games w/Ref Brad Watson BUT NOT w/Ref Rob Martell were 0-2 Bruins home loss vs FLA on 12/8/12 (Late goal and empty netter wins it for FLA - No penalities in 3rd period - In the first two periods the Bruins had 4 PP's vs FLA's 1 PP).

3-2 SO Bruins win at Chicago on 12/3/12 - (even scoresheet - looks clean)

With NCAA BB playing on Sunday, I highly doubt many people were betting on the NHL last night.

As a matter of fact, NHL is probably the lowest bet sport.

I doubt Las Vegas really gives a shit on the NHL.

You kidding me? Its the highest bet in Canada thats for sure.. Take into consideration the USA and Worldwide.. Its not the lowest bet sport.. Football, Baseball, Soccer - the top 3 for sure.. It's gotta be top 6 for sure..

The Bruins were a massive public play so the notion "vegas" rigged the game is pretty silly.

mrweed goaltender interference is NOT a reviewable offense under NHL rules and that is just plain fact so you are dead wrong.

The goal, if it was looked at by Toronto is irrelevant because there was no communication between on ice officials to anyone else so Toronto had zero to do with it. There was no phone call, and not a soul was spoken to, just a little huddle between the two refs and the linesmen and someone in that huddle forced Brad Watson to reverse his call despite the very veteran referee being by far the closest one to it. A linesman would have no business trying to change Watsons mind from their further away view and that is a call always left up to the ref as that is their job anyway.

 That only leaves us with dirty old Rob Martell who was the back ref, and whom had almost zero ability to make call from his distance and view on the ice, especially compared to Watson who again was just feet away and emphatically called it a goal.

So how and why Watson changed his very decisive call is a mystery, and will remain so as no proper explanation was given to Bruce Boudreau.

This is just one of many troubling calls we see in the NHL and in other leagues. They happen, we all have to live with them and they can go in any direction.

Again my issue was not as much the bad call, but how it was decided and by whom after a very veteran referee in a far better spot than anyone else to see it very emphatically called it a goal. There was no review so he nor anyone else took a second look at it. No explanation was given yet to this point as to who changed it or why Watsons call was changed, and that is very troubling.

I'm not a Vegas made them do it guy but I am a guy that feels sometimes the league tries to orchestrate certain situations, just as we now know happened a great deal in the NBA. There are billions of dollars in revenue and marketing involved in these businesses and these businesses are taken care of by the powers that be when necessary. I don't think it is rampant at all but there are calls in all sports that make no sense and are never explained and the public is forced to accept them.

And to reference Kerry Fraser is just insane. Kerry Fraser was the biggest league company man in the NHL, a lying puke and complete crook. The fact he backs the decision in itself makes me think it was dirty.

  Just had issue with the way it was all handled more than anything. I will get my share of these go my way no doubt about it...
