You simply cannot bet a bad line at 5d though. Tony has been lenient with me in the past thankfully, and I am still a loyal customer. No other book will ether you like 5d for betting a bad line. I respect the hell out of Tony, but I can't say I like him.

Feel bad for ya no doubt.

I guess you guys don't understand what I was saying.....I only care because they took the ten thousand dollars of wagers on top of it and I told them about the line because I didn't even mean to make the wager, I thought i was betting the opposite....then they already posted me as a winner and paid me but I was honest with them to let them know that if they posted everyone as a winner then they probably got took for a lot o fmoney....and i only did because i used to like 5dimes and I have talks with them all the time like that....but instead, of saying thanks for the info....they then went into my account took the money back and because tony was an fool he took ten thousand dollars in pending wagers and turned off my account...in other words stole all my money
and now since my numbers on here some idiot has been texting me non-stop for 2 hours saying i'm a degenerate and he's going to kill me and beat me up and all this other retarded stuff...literally some online troll for hours now, with no life just talking garbage...
I could care less about a little money being gone, but they took everything...
So you saw a bad line didn't mean to bet it actually going to bet the wrong side of a bad line? Then all of the sudden it was payed.

My opinion with these bad lines that you catch (and i can totally understand the other point of view for many reasons) is that the sportsbook should honor the bet. Anywhere else where a business has offered either a product/service/investment at a particular price, they put the customer first and honor original agreement. Online sportsbooks are in the business of offering lines to bet on, and at the end of the day, nothing else. They should get their sh*t right 100% of the time, THATS THEIR BUSINESS. If the people on the backend of these books are either negligent or incompetent putting up the lines, the books should not be able to cover their mistakes without there being any consequences for them, especially when their business is solely driven by the losses of their clients.

Can anyone confirm if 5dimes has ever paid out a VERY LARGE bet? Such as $250,000 or more?
That's what I'd like to know...as I was going to use a system on there which can actually make that much in one day. But not going to waste my time, if they are just going to screw me over.

This will be my last post on this topic. The house made a mistake, pay up! It's definitely not stealing. You could make a case for a blackjack dealer paying a losing/tying hand being unfair. But in this instance the house posted a line and that's a CONTRACT. I don't care how big or obvious the mistake was.
OP should contact sbr and chargeback his CC for all he can.
ALL books have a "rules" page which will state that the book has the right to dishonour any "bad line". have u ever read the rules?

Just to confirm- (as I don't remember all the details and don't feel like reading all of that again)
So you had EIGHT GRAND in your account? And then it was negative 50? But you only bet $900 on the false line? So, the entire other 7,100.00 was already used on other pending bets?
Was just curious to know that because normally one would have to have some kind of balls to risk their entire 8 grand bankroll in one day.
what the fukk is it to you what someone ccan risk in one day? oh my.

From what I've been hearing on some of these conspiracy sites, you'd be crazy to even put your money in a REAL LEGAL BANK, as supposedly the "Illuminati" or "Cabal" is running these banks and in control of everything, and they would like to close all banks and ATMS permanently as to start Martial Law and then introduce a new world currency, as part of the New World Order.
Would not surprise me at all if this happened....although I hope it doesn't. lol
wow

Well you'd figure 8k would be pennies for 5dimes as well? I was thinking to myself "I just can't believe how greedy some of these casinos are" I mean, they've got millions (or billions, I have no idea honestly how much money these casinos horde) and they are worried about some bettor who found a bad line and made $1000?

When the Bruins won the cup a few years back , i made a bet on them before the playoffs, $200 at 7-1 to win 1400+200 bet= $1600 totall.....
They played game 7 against vancouver in the cup @vancouver for all the marbles..... I spoke to tony on live chat and he offered me a "hedge" and said i could place $700 on vancouver to win game 7..... I considered it and passed......... They won, the next day i tried to withdraw,
I got transferred to Tony who told me he had taken a deep look into my account and my betting patterns were "mysterious" (im a 21 yr old kid at time betting 50-100 games)...... He told me he was not paying me and shut my account down just like this guy...... I contacted sbr, covers etc etc all to no avail...... To this day I still go on chat and harass him to try to get it back but it does nothing.....
I've had friends open up accounts for me with him and ive taken a few thousand back at times, but just shows you the authority and ignorance that guy has
There is way more to this story. Unless you did something wrong, hitting a $1400 7-1 future (as long as it was at the market price) is NOTHING to him. And you are saying he came to YOU to offer a hedge? Something about this doesn't add up.

It just sounded kinda unbelievable. I do believe the OP is telling the truth about 5dimes screwing him, (obviously it's true, he included all transcripts, no reason to make that up) but I found it kind of unbelievable that he had 10k in his account, all risked in one day on bets. If he is that careless or bad with MM then he wouldn't have 10k to begin with, unless he was rich....lol
If you're so smart (you putting other's down and calling them dumb must mean you're better or smarter) then you should of figured out on your own why I asked him. But, the fact that he never came back to answer or confirm tells me that maybe, just maybe (and I dont want to offend OP by saying this but how would we know if he is telling truth or not) but maybe the OP was lying about the part of the 10k being stolen. Maybe he added that in (I didnt see anything in the transcripts about it) to make 5dimes look more guilty than they actually were.
But I guess there's no denying that 32k horror story, that a link was posted to. But still, I dont see how someone can risk 10k all in one day and still have money. You usually learn lessons for doing that too. I know I have.

then the casinos are "stealing" your money just the same, as they are guaranteed to profit from their customers. It's no different IM
the casinos do not steal anyones' money. You know they have an advantage and you are the dumb one for walking in there. They dont come to your door and drag u to their casino and force u to lose your money.

Obviously they aren't in business to lose. But the point here is that if they are worried about $1000 when they have all that money, then there is something wrong here. They are getting too greedy. Bad lines are not that common. They would make plenty even if they honored them. Actually that would stop them from making so many mistakes with the bad lines, if they knew they would be held responsible. They are just careless now since they hold the customer responsible for the casinos mistake

Just a note also wanted to add that when I first found that bad line that I reported, this was like 7 years ago (long time ago) and I had never seen or heard of any mistakes like that before. I always trusted the casinos would be 100% accurate with something as important as this, and with as much money that goes down on these games. Why can't they get it right? It simply takes someone to double check before they post it. Maybe they don't have time? lol I just thought when I found the bad line that it was SERIOUS and that they would be very appreciative of me reporting that huge error. (The exact error I found was that BOTH Sides of the same game had UNDERDOG Payout, so if you bet both you were guaranteed profit) that is of course, if 5dimes would honor the bet, and now we KNOW they would never do that, unless they didn't catch it...
what were u expecting a reward?

Im almost POSITIVE he put it in then i went back and made him cancelll... I think vancouver was like -190 or something it was a big line ......
Its not a crap story its how he is.... read peoples posts......
I have more experience with Tony than you know, I don't need to read the posts. $1400 is absolute peanuts to him unless you did something wrong.
