It appears the Rangers are more concerned about proving their not soft and hitting everything and shooting nothing.  Could play to Pen advantage 

Maybe they’re realizing giving up 5-7 goals a game isn’t how you win in the playoffs

Twofold problem for the Rangers. 1. They just aren't putting enough pucks to the net and 2. Pens are protecting Louis very well. 

Agreed. That interaction with Guetzel at the end shows it. The rags are trying to pick fights and the pens just back off, smile, and say we're just gonna play hockey and win.

 Probably. Winning 3 straight is REALLY hard. And the Blues of old would drop this next game. But this team is different. I think they take the series tomorrow night. Tho, they’ll have to survive that 1st per push from the Mild

Is it me or do the veteran teams such as the Pens and Caps just have a distinct edge vs the "new comers"? Every newbie has to earn their strips and maybe the Rangers and Panthers will learn but watching these 2 series, the veterans are just schooling the youngsters. 

Cats with 2 PP and only 6 SOG. Guess the Pens aren't the only ones playing Playoff defense.
