Looks like calgary might get shut out again at home. They've played 3 home games so far and scored 1 goal. This Darryl Sutter style works, but only if you can take the lead at some point.

Which playoffs is more obviously scripted, the NBA or NHL... In the NHL, every series besides one went to a Game 6... I am sure there will be a few Game 7's... How is that possible that 7 out of the 8 FIRST ROUND series went at least 6 games..  The Flames, Oilers, and Panthers are struggling against shit teams, how is that possible...

If you followed hockey at all, you would also be cognizant of the fact that There were about 19 teams that all were within 9-10 win differential over an 80 games season.  From a statistical perspective, with that little variation in overall records from the top 16, it is actually very possible that 7 of 8 series go 6 games plus.an_light

Try this:

win differential is about 12.5% variation from 1-16

playoff series wins varying 12.5% = 7 of 8 games going 7
