If your talking about the incident in the UK game, that was no freak accident, that was a deliberate kick. He should be charged with Manslaughter at least.

As for the NHL goes, they should take heed to that. I have always thought they should implement neck guards, stuff like that could happen and it's scary to think

played hockey my entire life, that was not an accident, I mean he probably didn&#x27;t mean to slice his throat open, but prob meant to kick his stick as he was coming down, but it is a moronic play and no one ever attempts that or should for good reason, he should be in jail.

Watched the video, multiple times...that was not an accident. Don&#x27;t think he meant to freaking slash his neck, but I do think the leg kick was intentional. But, the guy who committed the hit has to feel like total shiit and might not be able to play again.
