If it&#x27;s any consolation, DAL is 4-1 in their last 5 home games following a road trip of 7&#x2B; days.Trends are pretty useless, but at least it supports the idea this hasn&#x27;t been a letdown situation for DAL.&#xA;Speaking of useless trends, the away team is 7-1 last 8 in this series and the "revenge" factor is in play.And speaking of long road trips, this is the first game of a six-game road trip spanning two weeks for VAN.People tend to think a team wants to win the first game of a long trip, especially after losing to the host.I tend to think every team wants to win every game and, despite all of this, believe Stars are the better play.

The only thing I see in the Canucks favor is that they have scored many less goals than expected recently and are due for regression, plus they just lost to Dallas recently. But I&#x27;m not betting against Dallas IN Dallas right now without a better reason than that.
