Why is Boston Only -135 Tomorrow?

I had this line at -160 and can't find any reason why it's -135. Any Sabres insiders out there that know something we don't? This smells like a rat.

This maybe why, Sabres are 18-8 in the last 26 meetings

Books think Sabres are better then they really are. Coming from a Sabres fan. It's the Bruins tomorrow.

Scorpio thinks Buffalo is the play. Good spot with Bruins first game back at home after a trip and line begging for Boston $$$ like you say. I 'd imagine that's what Scorpio thinks anyways.

1. Div Rivals
2. Sabres are underachieving
3. Kotalik injury gives more playing time to more talented players (than him, IMO)
4. Bruins are overachieving
5. Sabres are rested and ready to fuck some shit up
6. Ryan Miller isnt that bad...is he?
7. 4-2-2 on the road isnt that bad...is it?
8. Bruins are tired
9. Im reaching but whatever, I got the plus money booked

Very good points. Agree with most except Bruins overachieving. They really are pretty good.

Just read an article on Sabres.com about how they thought they should have won the Pittsburgh game as they played 50 good minutes and 10 bad minutes giving up 4 3rd period goals to lose 5-2, 1 on the PP and another into an empty net. Sabres have had 3 days off and this is Boston's 5th game in 8 days and in that article Julien is quoted as saying the B's were "mentally fatigued" in that Leafs game.

Hmmmmmm, I guess there is a story behind the line.

Could be a let down spot for the B's here.
 
Mac, yes the B's are pretty good. This is not an overachieving team.

Bruins were dead tired and beat montreal 6-1 after , what, 16 hours they beat the hawks in chicago. And yeah, Montreal won 14 in a row against the Bruins in the reg. season.

Bruins won 9 of their last 11 games.

Miller is 12-4-4 with a 2.49 GAA in his career against the Bruins BUT 1-2-1 with a 3.75 GAA in his last four starts.

Thomas is 6 - 6 in 13 starts vs the Sabres
Fernandez is 4 -  0 in 5 starts vs the Sabres

Line is -135 because both teams are equal and BOS is at home.

BUF playing on 3 days rest seems to be the right side.

Wouldn't be suprised to see  BUF,VAN,ANA victories.

Big Bruin fan here and I still can't believe the start they have had. Still waiting for the losing steak.
I bet Buff tonight but reading all this shit about how good they really are is making me dig my card back out of my wallet.

Line is so low simply because Manny Fernandez is in goal. He is more then capable of playing well but Thomas has been lights out so the line had to drop.

These teams are very similar....but Boston is playing much better right now....I will be rooting for the Sabres but I don't think I am putting anything on this game.
