Brodeur? After his last performance? I say yes - one of the greatest of all time in his last Olympics and it is being held in Canada. No disappointment this time - a much more motivated team in front of him.
Luongo? Always one of the best... but what was the biggest game he started in recent memory? Canada vs Slovakia? . Regardless of his lack of big game experience, I could never say no to Roberto.
Fleury? Yeah right. Don't get me wrong he is good, but his stats aren't as good as the other two, and it hasn't been his best season. Although he has been a major reason that his team made it to the finals the last 2 years... hmm... and he did just win the Stanley Cup and has played some of his best hockey in huge pressure situations.... hmm... and he does play on a team whose philosophy is to play up and down hockey because with more opportunities throughout the game the other team will score but they plan on scoring more compared to 2 defensive systems.... but no, you could never take him, right? I would.
So I said yes to all three... hey, it's a tough decision, who would you take?
If I'm betting on who they actually choose, I wouldn't take Fleury even at +1000. But I think you can make a great case for it.

goalies are funny creatures... Brodeur is experienced, and he's coming off a highly-publicized bad performance in the last game against the U.S.... i think he is a safe bet to bring a good game...

Let me see Luongo has won three games in a row. I think i will put Brodeur back in so Canada can lose again.
you'd be surprised, look at brodeur's games after a big let down....always seems to get back up.
Fleury is an on and off piece of junk who has cost me many times in the NHL against teams they would have won had he at least not let in a bazillion goals to give the opposition formidable leads...so I can never trust his ass
so with that said, I'd be most scared of the canucks if they put in Broddy this afternoon.

I would agree with Brodeur. It's all about the bounce back and revenge factors. But if I was the coach...I couldn't change the goalie in the middle of a win streak. Imagine the questions if Brodeur were to fuck up again. With the pressure Team Canada is under...making that change and losing is something you could NEVER live down.

That choice was made once Canada beat Germany, no way outside of an injury that anyone but Louongo was playing. Lucky I guess to have this sort of problem.

You better be scared of the Canucks today even if they use a damn pee-wee aged goalie.
