very close to going 4-0...vino finished 2 places behind cunego and 3 behind voekler as they were cruising in across the finish line.

schleck picking up 1 1/2 minutes on contador was massive today.  he has never been a smart rider though.  lance would have NEVER gotten involved in those wrecks (and never did in fact).

great day for horner (my favorite rider) and my bets on him.

broke even last year.

went to the Tour 2 years ago.  a buddy of mine and i rode the Alps every morning  for a week and waited at the top for the riders to come by.  trip of a lifetime.  what an atmosphere.

My wife is into cycling.  She completed an Ironman Tri a couple years back (not in record time or anything).  I bought a low end bike off a guy strapped for cash a year or so ago but I just haven't had the time to get out there.  I did notice your avatar on Lu's.  Is that you?

I expected the shack to go much better than that...

Thinking about a play on farrar tonight... He looked alright in the intermediate on stage 1 (I know thats not much) but add that to the fact that cav doesn't really fire early on I think this could be a good chance for him to get a stage... The $8.00 looks value to me... Also mayba a small play on Galimzyanov @ 21's...

Thanks mate... Yeah I did play him @ $8.00... I just didn't have time to come back on here and make it official...

Leaning contador and evans tonight, Gilbert will be odds on fav for sure... This type of stage really suits evans but I dunno if he will attack as I dunno if he really wants yellow this early... I'll prob still back him anyway haha aussie aussie aussie...

I do like contador tomorrow... I did mention him in my post... Unless you mean "How can you not like him" as in it's impossible not to like him haha...

Yeah vino is in for a shot for sure however I did like him for stage 1 and he didn't do much...

Also dont forget its gilbert's b-day hehe...

My tour de france betting is all about finding value and I think this stage is prime for a roughie...

Gerrans is a decent outside shot, at least an each way prospect IMO. Came in 3rd at Amstel in April on a profile very similar to today.

But realistically Gilbert would have to fall off his bike not to win today.
