Why would you enforce the follow on and in-effect surrender the advantage you gained when you won the toss and batted first, thus earning your team the right to BOWL last on a wearing pitch ??!

Say SA got in and scraped together 360 in their second dig and Australia had to chase 150 or so on the last day

Lead by 506 at stumps on day three, 7 wickets in the shed and Hughes unbeaten on 136. Kid became the youngest batsman in test history to score twin hundreds in a test

A return to reality here for us Australian cricket fans.
 
This is the way it's going to be until our bowling attack matures and settles and finds a decent spinner to accompany it.
 
They're gonna need 1.5 days + to bowl teams out in the final innings.
