WTF is wrong with Collingwood. I mean I know there is absolutelyl nothing at stake in this game but come on, don't get embarrassed at home like this!
what's wrong with them? They are the most overrated team in AFL history. They have won one flag last year and everyone has penciled them in for back2back flags. They gonna have issues against us again in the Grand final or even Hawthorn when they play them.

Bud the Pies were never winning that game. Cats coming off a loss were always going to be more motivated. Pies looked disinterested all night, there was not that usual intensity in their tackling or pressure.

tell me rod, why were Collingwood favoured at $3.30 to beat us if they were never gonna win it after the fact as you say?
Some of you guys have far too much faith in this Collingwood team that is starting to really get challenged and aren't having it all their own way. Fact is...they were very lucky to come out with a draw in the 1st grand final of 2010 and I am starting to see a few cracks here and there in their armor. Don't bullshit me cos they were up for the game at the start and even in the 2nd quarter but were totally outplayed and Mick knows it but has used his excellent watering down PR work to gain control of the situation again.

Because the bookmakers don't set lines on who they think will win or lose, they only care about adjusting their lines to ensure they get even betting action on both sides.

Collingwood also knew they had the game lost at half time so instead of working hard to get back into it, thus tiring themselves out, they just took it easy in the second half.
Plus the pressure is now on Geelong in the Prelim or Grand Final. Geelong will go into the Grand Final knowing they beat Collingwood. The pressure will be on them because everyone will expect them to win.
Don't read anything into Collingwood's performance last night. Nothing. I remember in 2008 people were thinking Port Adelaide were a shot at the flag and I said to plenty of people Geelong would thrash them and that a 100 point drubbing is not off the cards because Port weren't ready to play in a grand final.
Collingwood will have no pressure on them when and if they face Geelong next. Geelong will.
