IMO Alberto is a FRAUD. He had enough in the past to hold off the Schleck&#x27;s. Not this year, Andy wins the prize, line can&#x27;t keep a secret.

Just played it at &#x2B;263 for $100. We&#x27;ll see what happens but Contador is a soft fav in this spot, IMO!

I have recently finished capping the tour as well.

I am confident the Green Jersey will be won by a pure sprinter this year, due to the rule changes.

Three teams are built to support their sprinter.

HTC - Highroad (Cavendish)

Cavendish will have the best lead out train in Eisel, Goss and Renshaw.

Garmin (Farrar)

Farrar is positioned well this year, it appears Hushovd has already conceded he will be leading out Farrar, with Dean being another reliable rider who can help.

Quickstep (Boonen)

Boonen does not have the power of Farrar or Cavendish, nor the team support, with Ciolek and Steegmans as his lead out men.

Petacchi and Gilbert are likely to be in the mix, but they do not have the support that the other sprinters do.

With that in mind.

contador is andy&#x27;s daddy....in this mountain heavy TDF he will smoke him time and time again until he cracks.

Contador is using alot of energy in week 1 and still trails by a wide margin. Andy is playing it smart and saving himself for the key stages. His plan is to have 1:30 or more on Alberto heading to the last time trial. That should give him enough cushion. The way this Tour is going, just surviving is an accomplishment every stage. Anything can and will still happen.

andy got dropped on stage 4 and was outclimbed by Thor...not a good sign for bigger stage imo.  no way he "let" contador get back 8 seconds there...he might lose by 8 seconds and he knows that.

As stated recently by another spoke enthusiast ..`Tis the foot of the pyrenees where the real tour begins..With all juicing aside (after all it is an uncappable intangible) teams such as Leopard have their game plans set prior to the start of the tour and if there is anyone in this tour that can conquer the mountain stages and win the GC overall it`s Andy Schleck..Personally I like Cadel this year however being an Aussie it a bias opinion..Still as the doubt builds on Andy so do the odds..As they do I`ll shall be there chomping them up `til the end of the mountains.. That`s my bit...

Yeah, you can&#x27;t take anything from these early stages. Cadel has bugger all chance of winning. I can&#x27;t see him finishing on the podium and I think he will struggle for top 5. &#xD;&#xA;There are 2, maybe 3 riders other than Schleck and Contador who are better than Cadel in the high mountains. &#xD;&#xA;These short climbs suit Cadel more than anyone else. Come the Pyrenees and Alps, he will be struggling and that&#x27;s when you will see Schleck and Contador and a few others bring their A Game.
