Well, we ended up making 1.8 units this afternoon and thankfully MB hung around tonight to make Howard make his last shot and give us the over in the game. We picked up a unit tonight, to bring us to a grand total of 32.23 units.
Tomorrow, I have two 5 unit plays on the Mb/No under 12.5 and the Ont/NWT under 12.5. I also will be putting 4 units on the under on the PEI/NFL game. As I have preached all along the morning games tend to be lower scoring affairs and even with them dropping the total to 12.5, so far the morning games have produced 8 games under 12 points and only 2 over. I have to continue to ride this as not only is it a strong trend, but when you have lopsided action (in theory) where one team is stronger than the other, this can lead to an early quit, which helps our unders to come in. See you tomorrow.

Tonight we have a couple of games where teams are down three, wih two ends to go and shake on it.

No jinxing Icemantbi, I have been having a real good run but it couldn't last forever. Hopefully that draw turns out to be the only blip on the radar.
Angelus, good to have you in the curling talk. Yes, you keep thinking sooner or later the tide has to turn on the overs, but it just isn't happening. I wonder on the last day today, whether teams that are out of it, try and mix it up a little more and get more rocks in play since they have nothing to lose or if they are ready to put 8 ends in, shake hands and head to the patch for a beer. Time will tell.
I almost fell of my chair this morning when I saw how much the line moved in the NF game. I got it at +130 last night and now they are -150. I agree with you that they are the second best team right now and Manitoba is just completely struggling. I don't mind the under in that game as Manitoba is having a tough time putting any offence together. I did play my two unders this morning in the BC game and the Ontario game. I'm tempted to put a little sprinkle on NS at +2.5 and plus money, because Ontario has come down to earth a little and Dacey is a good player. From what I have seen though the rest of his squad, especially his third is really struggling, so I will probably pass.
I am already on Nf and NO. PEI hasn't been within three points in any game since Monday morning and now they are -181 favourite? That baffles me. My only other play this morning is BC -1.5 as they are really playing well and I think should handle NWT with relative ease. Not sure if I will be back for the afternoon draw, but will be around tonight. I agree that Alberta is the play tonight. Good luck guys.

Sorry, can't just update the record when things are good, lost 10.6 units last night bringing us to +25.13. I have 4 units on NF today, 2 on NO and the totals I have played at 1. Good luck.

Thankfully NO pulled out the win, to turn the morning into a wash. Obviously Stoughton found his game, so I will ride it this afternoon against Sask at -1.5.

Well, we will go 2-2, as the Quebec game is in the 11th as I type this. I am still in shock how the Ontario game ended under. If Howard gets by the top one in the house, he gets the double for two, if it curls a quarter inch, he hits a bigger piece of it and gives up a steal of two, for the over, but nope hits it in probably the only place possible to give up one. Too funny.
Looking forward to the playoffs tomorrow.

Manitoba big over Quebec -135. I was stunned at how they were playing earlier in the week, but they seemed to have turned it around a little. Menard is good, but Stoughton as a skip in on another level in comparison to Quebec.

Hmm...today is really tough IMO. You just dont' know what you're going to get with either Manitoba or Quebec. I guess my leans would be Manitoba and under. Every single Manitoba game went under 13 except for 2 which hit exactly 13. In a playoff setting...I think they play even more open leading to a few blanks.
Ontario/Alberta...wow, I'm not sure. I layed the -160 on AB last night and had to sweat it out. Not sure I'm willing to do that again as it's tough to beat Howard twice in a row. I'm thinking under again as I think you'll see a similar game tonight...but last night almost went over, so who knows. Just may sit back and watch this one.

Used the extra end to hit the over last night and almost had the win, but Martin made a nice draw on his last one. Thought it almost fudged on him at the end.

I'm leaning towards the over more. I have a futures bet on Mb, so it is hard to be impartial on the line. I defenitely get the sense the crowd was pulling for Gushue, Stoughton made a great shot to win the game and there wasn't that big of a crowd reaction. I think Park will have to have a big game, for them to beat Ontario.

Hit the over last night and coming right back to it tonight at 12.5. Again, I have three futures bets on Manitoba so I will let that ride. Alberta will probably win, but Stoughton I think will have a terrific game tonight, unlike last night. It's been a fun week. Will be back post game.

Playing a little, but it is tough with the time zone difference and minimal tv coverage. I just took it on the chin with Scotland losing to Russia, but helped offset it a little with a small wager on Sweden over Canada. I did have China at +900 to win at the start of the tourney.

Italy, just a value play, they aren't good, but not sure Russia should be laying that kind of juice to anyone.
