I am taking it in the spirit you intended    Winner would simply be collecting more than you paid out, in whatever the time frame might be   Long term I would say several years as anyone can get hot or even having a winning season or two

You're talking in pointless circles and making excuses. The empirical evidence is that it's obvious so many fantastic finishes per week can't happen unless artificially implemented.
