terrible pick on my behalf choosing the Lions the other night, sorry if anyone lost on it but tonight I'll get you back the cash.
Strange game tonight because pretty much everyone has written off the Saints and most see the Blues as a genuine top 4 contendor so going by form you'd have to assume they win this game by 45 points or more but it's probably the perfect spot for the Saints to play a very defensive, tightly contested style of footy and eek out a 9 point victory. You can just see Riewoldt playing his best game of the season and booting 5 goals and 4 goals to Milne but the Blues have arguably 3 of the finest midfield players in Judd, Murphy and Gibbs and Judd is so god right now that he is giving Carlton forwards 1st opportunity at the ball which is something St Kilda have always been good at. They still have players like Goddard, Riewoldt, Milne, Del Santo and Koschitzke and $3 odds for a win is nearly too good to pass up. But I'm pulling at strings and seeing what I hope will happen and St Kilda have gone backwards this year and Carlton will not let a game like this slip away as it will impact their top 4 chance bigtime. Going with the Blues -15.5

sorry guys changing this one to Saints +15.5, very strong feeling they snatch a win now or just lose it by 7 or 10 points. I really like the over nagrom because it will likely go over 100 points in the 1st half and then it will close right up in the 2nd half but good luck like the Sainters here and can see Goddard having a rippa game but will be a close tight match.

had a good feeling it was gonna unfold as it did. Saints halftime live bet was +29.5 so just had to jump on that too. Blues really need to get another strong backman or two because they have not got a very strong backline and they still rely on guys 6ft and under to kick the majority of goals, and in a league where the average height of today's player is 6ft 3....somethings gotta give. But they still managed to hold off the Saints and win a thriller. Saints will only have a couple more chances to get a win on the board before it's too late as they will be at least 2 or 3 games behind teams sitting just outside the top 8 now.
