Like I suggested in the first place
@DoubleUp4Life Most "adults" spending money at wrestling events are taking their children on a fun outing. Those who aren't are nerds/incels. Most people would not continue to support the NFL is they admitted it was manipulated. And they would open themselves to litigation that would go on for decades, destroy the league, and let all sorts of skeletons out of the closet, many unrelated to football. The risk isn't worth the reward for the leagues to manipulate games. Let alone 2-3 games a week. And can you even draw significant direct correlations to closer games and higher ratings? I'm not talking about memorable playoff games. I'm talking week in, week out, where most people grow up watching the team in their market can we make a case for the NFL risking it's market share for a few extra ratings points. Or is it all just fairytale stuff.
Years ago i was always shocked when wrestling fans would stay at the Hyatt when I worked room service there ...People would come from all over to Buffallo ...The odd thing to me was most of them didn't have kids , often guys on a 2 day get away , married couple in their early 30's,- retired etc.....Before the Pandemic I got some free tickets and took my youngest , thought the demographic would have changed to parents by by now, wrong if I had to guess it was 55% guys in there mid 30's to early 50's...Sure some of them were "nerds" who were fanatical....Glad my son disliked it , and we don't have to go back .lol
So many things to watch, play or stream ...When a game gets beyond 2 scores even I change the channel or do something else frequently...Check the score periodically on the phone and see if it's worth tuning back in .. Close game keeps viewers tuned in , or gets them to tune in imo ...
I really don't think it would matter if a ref came out and said they manipulate some games ...The league would quickly sweep it under the rug with distractions ( like they always do )

I don't think it's that far fetched ...Of course I'm possibly wrong....Can't believe they allow us to see ALL 22 , it's so obvious to me when O lines are on holding free rolls during some scoring drives. ....If you have access to the 2nd half of the BILLS at BUCCS from last season , PLEASE watch the BILLS O line ( especially center Morse ) blatantly hold on most running plays for good yardage that led to the BILLS coming all the way back to force ot

Refs are the only ones who are crooked, in pro sports at least. Obviously college kids have rigged games for payouts. But anyways , refs are humans I would laugh at them if they didn’t use their power to manipulate games. It’s just too easy, and as we have seen they don’t get any punishment for blowing calls. That’s really my only complaint. The league comes out and apologizes or tells us the blown calls but the refs don’t have any punishment

Lolol you fools.
You'd be the ones waving the flag as the Nazi parade went by.
As with all dictatorships. When you can't prove the other side wrong, you silence it .
You're gamblers and yet you're so ignorant to not even know the history of sports leagues.
They were started by gamblers, bookies, the mafia and cultivated by free_masons.
You want and need to remain ignorant for your sanity. You can't handle the truth

They make that much money only because they created story lines for you to emotionally follow.
If everything were actually random, there's no way in hell Brady lasts that long or Both Manning's.
They'd have been injured randomly and never lasted a decade. The truth is you need to be told what to do think. You can't think for yourself.

Well, it already happened. AJets fan sued the league over all the Patriots crap they got away with.
The courts said your ticket doesn't mean you get to see a fair contest. It only allows you to see a game .
The league can do what ever it wants. It's not illegal.

I think this comment deserves a ban no? Man just compared us to nazis, nice one chic
the one pointing fingers is usually guilty

Ignorant enjoy staying ignorant.

You are illiterate.
I compared you to sheep. People who support oppression and censorship ,are sheep.
Lol what would I be guilty of? Thinking for myself? Questioning authority? How dare I!

Do you do any reading outside your comfort zone. It's pretty basic that all you're doing is repeating stupid jokes you've heard a million times.
When someone says something you can't handle, you have no argument against it.. all you do is call someone crazy, like the system trained you to do.
Questioning things is not crazy. It's actually extremely intelligent.

Pegula ill. A buffalo trainer dies.
Buffalo shooting. Marlin Briscoe dies. OJ Simpson owes 96 million..
Pretty much guarantees Buffalo has a great year. Not necessarily a SB win.

Went back and looked at Drew's catch, it was 47 years ago, maybe acrobatic not the best description but he was clearly interfered with, there was a PI flag thrown too, and he was still able to make the catch. Not as easy as it may have appeared at first glance. Still an amazing play, and the beginning of the "Hail Mary" in the NFL.

The flag was thrown in case he dropped it.
Dallas was expected to win ,no matter what

You also lose some of the competitiveness. I know I posted this previously but was at the UM/OSU game last year, OSU has a significantly better NIL program and watching their sideline they also looked like a bunch of paid kids who didn’t give a sh*t about the game. Sad to see.
