Slow start by myself but 2 of those losses last week was by the hook (both Southside Flyer games) and then another 2 of those losses this season has been me backing the Hawks for some stupid reason. Their coach is doing the strangest things, they played well in Melbourne against Phoenix, lost by 4 against the inform team and then he goes back and changes the starting line-up and 3 of the 5 players that started vs SE Phoenix were not in the starting line-up against Adelaide and the 36ers got off to a flyer and never really looked back. Don't think the Hawks ever had a lead in that game. So will tread carefully betting on any of their games.
They actually play tonight against NZ but im not touching that game at all. Will be patient and wait for Friday's game which the lines are out now.
Phoenix head to Perth, Perth yet again get another Friday night game and will they want to impress their fans after their embarrassing home defeat to Cairns last Friday?
36ers host Taipans, which you think would be a letdown spot for Cairns but they have had a good amount of rest and they actually do look decent at times, especially their 1H's.
Classic game in the WNBL, Canberra travel to Melbourne and that game will see superstars playing against each other. That game will be a classic game.
Back soon with some plays hopefully.

Canberra Capitals @ Melbourne Boomers (WNBL): Capitals ML $1.82
Boomers have played 2 games against the Spirit who aren't up their compared to Canberra when it comes to talent. Canberra are 15-1 S/U in their last 16 games with almost the same roster, just missing Mitchell but Epoupa seems to be fitting in nicely. I really love Griffin and Nurse and with Tolo back as well, the Capitals look very good on paper, just hope they can get a win tonight with their first game on the road.

Big test tonight for the Phoenix to visit the Jungle on a Friday night in Perth. Felt as though that come from behind win last week for Perth against Melbourne was a gritty win but gave them confidence. They were pathetic last time at home against the Taipans, I think we see them focused for this game as Phoenix potentially could be a playoff team who the Wildcats might meet later this season.

I don't think they'll suck as much as last time but with Phx moving quickly, I don't think they can stop Creek. I've got both Over 184.5 and Phx Over 90.5. I expect a close game in the 90s. They couldn't stop Cairns and with the Phx scoring more than 100 points a game, I think it's pretty safe to think they should get 91. Cats should win so we hopefully we are both right.

I'm on the Over for the Cats game.

Wish you all the best of luck but my systems are just not working right now with these 2 leagues. Will sit on the sidelines for a bit and watch the leagues develop. Take it easy everyone

That lucky 3 to cover thanks cairns but why u always choke away the lead? I dont understand
I don't understand it either mate. They just keep getting these decent size leads and blowing it all the time (apart from the game vs Perth). The league is just insane, Taipans blew Perth out last week by 20+ in Perth, then they can beat the 36ers. Perth then blows out the inform team tonight by 20+ points. Just a very hard league to cap.

Great calls Buckleys
Do you have record so far this year on all games with the over/unders? It has to be around 75% at least?

i don’t keep a record as it comes down to money management. I also don’t post all my bets. Some people are precious about the detail.
For instance, I jumped on the over at quarter time of the cats game. I got over 169.5. Max bet for me but didn’t post because my record doesn’t matter that much... helping everyone beat the bookie does.
The Cats were back last night. I was thinking back to what the odds must have been for Cairns to win by 20+ In Perth. Must have been like winning lotto.
I like the Cats tomorrow and the Adelaide game to be high scoring. Not sure about today’s games.

Oh I meant the actual record in the league for over/unders this season so far. Seems to be hitting around 75% each week so far
The Cats were back last night and really showed up. Phoenix were just awful from the get go and were never a chance.
For Cairns to win by 20+ would have been paying ridiculous money and not many people would have even considered that. But it would have been like winning the lottery.
Good luck mate

Cheers BigD, its people like yourself and others that keep my posting on this site. Last night for once, I let emotions get in my way which rarely happens when I bet on sports because its one of my top priorities not to allow emotions into my betting but when I saw Canberra come out the way they did against Melbourne in the WNBL, with the fire power and international quality players they do, there is no way they should have been done by almost 30 points at half time. One of those games you just need to shake the head and move on.

I haven’t bothered with the stats but you would be close with the 75%. I think Phx has gone over every game. The new imports are better and scorers. I might have just talked myself into the United Breakers over.
Even with the breakers defense?

This game is tomorrow but grabbing the line now. Think the line is a massive over-reaction to the Boomers result from last night and will take the Fire who played well last week, have had some rest whilst Boomers make the trip up north.
