***NBL & WNBL Week #3***

YTD: 5-6

Slow start to the season across both leagues for myself. But, plenty of time to try and turn it around. The NBL is just crazy right now with road dogs winning S/U a lot of the times. Perth are flying and look like they haven't missed a beat at all from last season. New signings are performing very well. The other teams are just all over the place and can't be trusted..

Few more days before the week starts for the league but am locking this play in now in case line moves.

Melbourne United @ Perth Wildcats: Wildcats -2.5

As mentioned above, Cats firing on all cylinders and have been at home for sometime now enjoying no travel. Melbourne struggling this season and missing Prather big time and their bench is kind of struggling as well. Cannot see Melbourne pulling out the win here in Perth so will take the Cats to win again and cover.

Hey mate, can Bullets cover 6.5 sp on their home? Seeing this game however it’s on 27th.

Apologies BigD, I didn’t see tonight’s game so that info about the Wildcats enjoying home court with no travel is no longer correct but still like Perth in a few nights time.

Jurisairam, I do mate. I think the Bullets are highly under the radar and  bug look ahead spot for Perth tonight

Such a crazy lopsided game this one. Bullets take a 9 point lead ito the 4Q. See if they can hang on for a win.

Tomorrow, I have WNBL lines already.

We have the Capitals at -4.5 vs Melbourne and Lynx -4.5 vs Bendigo in Perth. Totals around the same as well. 

NBL has Taipans hosting the 36ers and I am seeing -2 for the 36ers right now. Hard to go against Cairns at home but the 36ers have been impressive and a team I can't seem to get a grip on right now.

Hey mate, had a work function on last night so didn't get to look into the WNBL action last night at all. I saw the box score of the Lynx vs Spirit game and what the hell were the Lynx doing 2H? Almost blew the cover and scored 16 points in that half.

Looking into the only game today for the WNBL which is Fire hosting the Flames. 

Already locked in Perth -2.5 earlier during the week for the NBL game. The other game will be researched as well.

I wish you patience with thus lame league Aussie. My pick us Fire - 5.5 and my brain is destroyed so far. A lot of injuryin iniSydneyiand so far they are one class better lmao

Now I am glad I won that bet but the foul on Melbourne which was called was absolutely horrendous. Melbourne should have won that game.

Jurisariam I just accepted..

Kriscar, I think that the leagues are so competitive this season that every game is going to be tight

Brisbane Bullets @ Illawarra Hawks: Hawks -4.5

Believe this is a horrible spot to back the Bullets due to their schedule. The Hawks home court isn’t the easiest to get too. Last weekend they were in Perth, flew to Brisbane for Thursday night against Perth again and shot really well and got the win as a decent +5.5 home dog. They would have flown down yesterday to Sydney, got on a bus for an hour and made their way to Wollongong/Illawarra. The Hawks haven’t been home for a while but I think that they can really put 2 good performances together to get another win

Bendigo Spirit @ Adelaide Lightning: Lightning -1.5

Another horrible scheduling spot. Spirit coming back from Perth and going to Adelaide. Adelaide roster very good and getting them as a small fav I just have to take.

Nice game from the Hawks. The Bullets looked good 1Q but then it all fell apart for them.

Looking into the games for today. Surprised to see the Breakers favs against the 36ers.

Cairns Taipans @ Sydney Kings: Taipans +8.5

Once again, I think the Kings are in a terrible spot right now for this game. Adelaide last week, across to NZ and now back home against a team needing a win. Books have over valued this Kings team since Bogut signing but I think the Taipans can cover this line. No team apart from the Wildcats should be laying this much talk in this league

It was a nice week. 5-0 this weekend bringing the YTD to 10-6

Another game tomorrow night, not sure if I will play it or not. Gotta look into that match-up.

Just looking into the game now.. Melbourne have lost one of their key scorers and basically the player that runs their offense but I think the others members at stand up in his absence tonight. Leaving the over

Illawarra Hawks @ Melbourne United: Over 170.5

So no Goulding. Ware should take over this offense massively. I am also keen to take his player prop over 4.5 assists because he will be the main offense facilitator but also think he could be jacking up a lot of shots tonight with Goulding out. DJ Kennedy we should see a lot more off. Hawks love to draw plenty of fouls which means free throws. I think we see Melbourne finally hit a good offensive game and the Hawks follow
