Tough games tonight, I'm going to wait for live betting or 2H before I make any bets.
The ROS line is now -8.5 and that's a little too high for me because Phoenix has been playing better and can score. Everyone betting ROS and Over. Over is now up to 209 and it keeps going up every minute!
Beer vs. Gin is always hard to trust since both are San Miguel. Beer is the much better team and red hot, but they just played two days ago and won by 25. That was a game I won a lot of money on, so I need to fight the urge to go right back to them here.
Gin can really use the win and San Miguel might force Beer to lay down to them. Gin has some talented bigs and can play good defense, but they also have some thug players who play dirty so anything can happen here. Line is only -3.5? Very suspicious!
I will post any live bets during the games if I make any. Good luck guys.

You're welcome my friend, glad you guys are cashing with me.
How big is your bankroll? $2,000 per game divided into the 1st Half and Full Game is a nice amount. Or you can just bet $2,000 for the Full Game if you want, it's up to you.
For football are you still betting $3,000 to $5,000 per game?

Yes that was an incredible ending. What a sweet jumper for the cover when he didn't even need to shoot it. These guys definitely know the spreads and everyone there bets.
That makes up for the really bad luck we had on Star +4.5 the other day when they were winning and covering for the entire game against Alaska, but then lost the cover in OT.
So a nice 4-0 day indeed my friends.
PBA current record: 31-11

Meralco vs. Gin. Current line: Gin -5.5 and 179 O/U.
Right now, no plays for me on this game.
Meralco isn't playing well this season and they've lost 5 in a row. I took Mahindra +10.5 against them in their last game and Mahindra controlled the game all the way through and won easily by 13.
Getting beat like that by Mahindra is not a good way for Meralco to come into this game against Gin. Gin has a very good defense. In their last 2 games, they held Beermen to 72 points and Star to 79 points. Their worst defensive performance came against Alaska where they allowed 101 points.
Overall, Gin protects the paint, rebounds well, and plays very physical (sometimes dirty). Their bigs are athletic and have attitude. Their goal is to get into your head and wear you down physically and mentally.
Still, it can be scary laying points with Gin because their offense can be erratic and plays slow. They don't have a true identity on that end. Also, Gin seems to play to the level of their competition which is another reason to be careful with them as a favorite.
Meralco and Gin played each other for 6 games in the last Governor's Cup playoffs. Gin won the series 4-2, but Meralco lost 3 of those games by 2 or 3 points. And 4 of those games were lower scoring. So these teams know each other very well.
Maybe this matchup against Gin will help Meralco re-focus and play better? Or maybe that's just wishful thinking for Meralco at this point. I'm just not sure. Obviously, it's very hard to trust Meralco right now with 5 losses in a row but this is the PBA.
My initial thought is that the line for Gin is low. Bookies know
that most people will want to bet on Gin here, so I was expecting to see the line
at -8 at least. That's a bit suspicious to me.
I will watch the line movement over the next few hours and think about it more. Maybe I'll come up with a play.

Nice write up. Kinda like the meralco angle. They are bound to win and what a way to do so by beating the champs plus the fact that there is also revenge factot from their finals loss.

Thanks, had some time for some thoughts this evening. Interesting game to cap.
Did you take Meralco? Line is still -5.5 and it feels like no one is touching this game.
At this point, I'm probably going to pass unless there's a good opportunity at half time or live betting.

For PBA and other Int'l hoops, I use my access to SBO and sometimes bet365. They have much higher limits and more betting options for PBA than other most offshore.
Are you in the Philippines and restricted to MSW only?
