My brother just got let go from his job. He was with the company for 24 years. He was a Senior Analyst with a good sized company. He has 5 kids and a couple of dogs and a wife who is a stay at home mom. He said that he has been warned about his farts before. He has received 2 written warnings within the last 3 years, stating that if he keeps releasing flatulences during company time and at company outings he will be terminated. His wife always yelled at him and told him to stop farting all the time but he said he couldn't and he wouldn't. His farting as always been an issue with our family and friends and his past girlfriends, his wife has threaten to leave him many times. I feel sorry for him and want to support him emotionally through this ruff time.I just know his wife is going to leave him for sure this time. It's almost Christmas and I don't know what he is going tell his kids?
Has this ever happened to anybody? Any advice?
