Jay, you know we are cool, but I used to be a server back in my early 20's and it was told to me and brought up a lot...that Black People do not tip.  I mean they tip but the stigma in the food industry is that they are lousy tippers. I disagree to a point,I worked in Texas and NC and they tipped me pretty good, like 20%, however in my home town, of brotherly love, Philly, it is known that they don't tip worth a darn, anyway buddy, you are a nice guy and have a blessed night, Sammy.
