 No, that does not exist in the USA any longer, nor most other places. Gruden used some unfortunate language, that, in this day and age, will result in immediate firing, low-IQ mob anger, and pandering out rage to groups that are fairly inconsequential to human progress. The fact is that Smith is a cretin (with or without bulbous lips), Goodell has pandered to social justice tropes and feminized the game during his tenure, there was elation from the league when the Rams drafted a slow footed, thick wasted gay DE/LB, and the push for female referees has been a crusade.

Unfortunately Gruden made a lot of fair and correct points but did so in a low-brow fashion. And the low-IQ mob will always look for blood, because they have nothing really going on in their own inconsequential, meaningless lives of servitude and lack of ability.

 Yes, he gave his opinion and all but he isn’t the owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. He is still an employee and his views and opinions hurt business for the Raiders then he has to go sorry not sorry.

I always respected Gruden for his opinion and what his message was. He said it like it is. When he is pissed about something, he will lay out why. You may not agree with him, but he is entitled to his opinion. Back in the day his speech and lingo was acceptable to call a gay person a F... Today its not. Back in the 60's GAY meant happy..., to day it means homosexual. 

Not everyone agrees, but I think Gruden is a good guy that tells it like it is. Does it mean he is "racist", not necessarily. I think D Smith does have lips that are gigantic, Gruden just characterized it as big as Michelin tires. Does that mean "racist" ??? He was expressing an opinion. 

Everyone has a prejudice, no one is perfect and another may think someone is racist based on a comment.. But really. We are getting really soft in the U.S...
