Looks like the conversation has overwhelmingly turned to food. Just a sign that everything that can be talked about the football games, has been.
Anyone want to try and figure out a scenario for this weekends games that hasn't been discussed?
Like a "that came out of left field" type of situation?
I'll start.
Scenario #1: Tannehill goes 29 for 35 for 497 yards with 4 td's, 1 int, and a rushing TD. But the Bengals still win.
Scenario #2: Bills win 12-10 with the only td in the game coming from a KC kick off return td.
Scenario #3: Aaron Rodgers pulls himself out of the game mid 1st quarter as he makes a business decision to rest his sore pinky toe.
Scenario #4: The Bucs turn to running the wishbone as the lack of presence from AB and Chris Godwin are a glaring problem. Tom Brady runs for 17 yards on 11 carries with 3 rushing TD's.
Scenario #5: The Ravens add 5 more players to their injury report for week 1 of the 2022 season, this Saturday.

It's plain as day. Louie was also a native of Minnesota and there's nothing a Vikings fan wants to see more than GB getting knocked out of the playoffs. Louie was also blackmailed by a young man not unlike Jim Harbaugh and Kapperdink being blackballed by the NFL. Louie also hosted Family Feud whose current host is Steve Harvey. Steve? Like in HOF'er Steve Young? Of course. There will be a concerted effort by the NFL and Vegas to fix the wrongs and honor Louie Anderson.
Also certain foods like clams and oysters shine when left alone.

This is so true Hugh.
I have caught Walleye on accident many times while bass fishing. I'll put it in the live well just incase more are biting, 2, 3, or more Walleye makes for a nice fish fry.
All you need is butter, and a little salt n pepper. If the quality of fish is good, and more importantly from clean waters, it is absolutely delicious.

i apologize for the food talk.....back to football.........i cant find anywhere bosa's status, i know he practiced and ''should'' play.....also it appears fornette is gona be useless if he even plays.....and i agree with one of sac's scenarios, i think that tenn/cin game turns into a shootout.........

@undermysac
In all seriousness Tannehill will be the lowest owned QB in fantasy games this weekend and I predict he does indeed go off for 3 TDs with AJ Brown getting at least one of them for 30+ yards.
Which reminds me, I have a trivia question :
Since 2010 only 4 NFL receivers have caught more than 5 TDs of 30+ yards in a season. (one guy has done it twice).
2 of the guys are still active and in the playoffs this week.
The other 2 played for the Browns and Packers

@montepire
When Fournette tried to play for the Jags with a sore hammy or ankle, he was basically a 230 pound tackling dummy. If you're a Bucs fan hope that he doesn't suit up. Vaughn has been there for a few years and should be fine.

The Bucs better just got better with Whitworth and Rapp both out now.

Stafford was pressured on 27% of his snaps with Whitworth and 20% without him even though he's still an elite pass blocker. His replacement Joe Noteboom grades out as an above average pass protector and a better run blocker than Whitworth as well.
And Rapp is the guy that Ramsey was arguing with in the huddle a few weeks ago because he kept blowing his assignments. Nothing to see here.

Really? He was always known as a high IQ guy on the field. I saw the argument/altercation, but didn't know what it was about. I (wrongfully?) assumed it was some miscommunication between the two.
So I did what I normally do, and looked it up:
https://theramswire.usatoday.com/2022/01/06/rams-jalen-ramsey-taylor-rapp-altercation-quote-comment/
Seems like they had some disagreement on the field, but then I read this:
https://ramblinfan.com/2022/01/03/why-la-rams-jalen-ramsey-rapped-taylor-rapp-week-17-win/2/
And, yep, it looked like Rapp played too deep for a play that was an obvious run play.
I still think having Rapp on the field is a big plus for the Rams. I can see the Whitworth downgrade not being much of one.

Perch are excellent but crappies are king!!! Filets cooked anyway you want. Battered and deep fried, just seasoned flour and fried in butter, broiled, or even a fish boil with little red potatoes and onions. Then smothered with butter and cream!!!

As for meatloaf, 2 lbs. of ground beef, 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage, Italian bread crumbs, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of cream, garlic, fried onions. Mix well. Cook 375 for about 50 minutes. Drain the grease off. Top with ketchup mixed with brown sugar. Put back in oven until top caramelizes a bit. Bam. You're set.
