Great job Huge!!
This is Sub-Plot Weekend in the NFL playoffs:
Browns @ Houston- Deshaun Watson should be the TV analyst.
Dolphins @ Kansas City- Tyreek Hill against his old team.
Steelers @ Buffalo- The two head coaches were college roommates.
Packers @ Dallas- Mike McCarthy against his old team.
Rams @ Detroit- Stafford/Goff were traded for each other.
Eagles @ Bucs- Mayfield was Oklahoma’s QB in 2017, Hurts in 2019. Compliments of Armadillo Sports. Always enjoy Biff's bullet style writing.

@Hugh_Jorgan Thanks Hugh. Excellent write-up. Agree with Hank. Clear, concise and crisp.
Regarding my friend Jordan Love, my younger brother, who reads the Newsletter and likes to disagree with me, points out that in his last 8 games, Love has thrown 18 touchdowns with only 1 interception. My brother is a rotten little ba$tard.
Your brother makes a valid point, and Love has certainly been playing well.
Worth pointing out that within those last 8 games for Love, he has faced the 25th, 24th, 29th, 27th, and 30th ranked pass defenses.
Dallas is the 5th ranked pass defense.
Another stat to keep in mind is that Love has MUCH better numbers when throwing from the pocket than he does when forced to move. The Cowboys are one of the best defenses in putting pressure on the QB the quickest.
I suspect that Love will play reasonably well, and GB will score some points. However, as I said in my original comments on this game, the best chance the Packers have while on defense is the Cowboys stopping themselves ... which does happen at times, often with penalties.
Speaking of penalties, Micah Parsons has not drawn a holding call in over 11 games now. There is an absurd amount of video evidence documenting the many blatant, in the face of the ref, holds which Parsons has been subjected to with nary a flag. His win rate when pass rushing is the highest in the NFL, yet he never draws a holding call. He is starting to complain to the refs regularly the last few games and you can see he is becoming frustrated. Worth keeping an eye on.

Ur hate for the Ravens is real.....
Not so fast, my friend
I wagered on the Ravens twice this year, and against them once.
3-0
However, it is the playoffs now, and time for a little playoff riddle ...
Can you tell me whose playoff stats these are?
1 win 3 losses
3 TDs 5 INTs
68 passer rating
0 4th Q comebacks
0 Game winning drives
Only 225 YPG
1 rushing TD
5 fumbles
Bigred ... got any guesses?

@Lifebythedrop
If Cowboys lose this week, do not be surprised if McCarthy gets replaced with Quinn.
I think JJ will make a move to keep Quinn

Looks like it's official: https://twitter.com/Seahawks/status/1745163695276372478
Rapoport: DC Dan Quinn would quickly be considered a strong candidate to replace Pete Carroll, who now exits as HC.

Brian Griese's name coming up for the Bears OC job. He's currently the 49ers QB coach. He's done a decent job with Purdy, I couldn't be mad about that move.
