Bills absolutely should have called a TO on the next to last play of the half.

17 seconds left and a 57 yard FG attempt about to happen.

The kicker made the FG as time expired because Buff did not call the TO, but had he missed it and the Bills called that TO they could of had the ball at the 47 yard line and enough time to get 2 plays off to get in FG range.

Imagine if the nfl said you could only play a base 4-3 even if the other team is coming at you with 4 wide? Oh we need our scoring up for better ratings, fuck the integrity of the sport.
