 I think Evans might have been distracted by the WR who put his hands up right in front of him. Brady also zipped that ball there. Just one of those flukes. Can be overcome 

This TB defense isn’t that good, but how about getting a turnover here so we can head into halftime with a double digit lead

 Bruce Arian teams love to commit penalties. Very unbuttoned 

Once they rule that 3rd down pass as incomplete bringing up 4th down, it will be interesting if NY goes for it on 4th and 5 from their own 46. 
They have nothing to lose, and can’t win just trading drives with TB, so if it was my choice I’d go for it. 
Having bet the 1H line I hope they punt

It’s not the amount of penalties, it’s when the penalty happens. Obviously that holding call cost TB 7 points. 

The worst part of pass interference is when the ref says "automatic first down"
