 Brian Kelly is no longer a fan, but I love the guy who they gave the job to. He's been recruiting all their talent. Just needs to surround himself with good people. 

In the NFL, this guy needs a job as a head coach. He's awesome.

I can't argue with the other stuff you wrote. The Jets still look like a shitshow, btw. But wondering what Saleh is not accomplishing. Zach Wilson does not look like anything exceptional; far from it, actually. What is falling squarely on Saleh's shoulders that you want him fired? I'll have to admit that I thought the defense would look better at least, but I'm also of the opinion that it's going to take more than a year to turn a franchise around.

Numbers in parentheses are dvoa rankings. Before I do the NFC playoff picture, I can tell right now that the nfc has better teams. We should contemplate a super bowl bet on the nfc. Every year around this time there is a bet where you can bet afc +/-.5 or nfc +/-.5, I'll take a gander.

NFC Playoff Standings:

1. Packers 12-3(#10)

2. Cowboys 11-4(#2)

3. Rams 11-4(#4)

4. Bucs 11-4(#1)

5. Cards 10-5(#9)

6. 49ers 8-7(#7)

7. Eagles 8-7(#14)

6 of the top 7 playoff seeds are in the top 10 of dvoa in the nfc.

Where in the afc only 4 are in the top 10 of dvoa. 3 teams in the afc are outside of the top 15, and non from the nfc.

One thing we can look at when we look at all 14 teams is, that you don't see any incompetent coaches.

 DVOA has been a reliable predictor for the long run but not for week to week matchups. Better suited for a run to the playoffs or Super Bowl as you are contemplating. 

In team total yards per game, starting from the bottom up, you have to get to #15(Tennessee) before you find a team that is in the playoff hunt. The bottom 14 teams are done.

Statement : If you can't consistently score in the NFL, you don't win. Plain and simple.

 Ram / Raven plan B is much more likely and i think start the start time @ this time of year is not as meaningful, but if Rams had the choice i'm sure they would have prefered it not change. Most excellent job with the newsletter and getting it out on time.

 No you're not. Rubbery roast beef and soggy bacon on a sad excuse for a sub roll made by disinterested teenagers who wish you never ordered. Surely there are locally owned sub joints that would blow this out of the water and actually appreciate your business.

I mentioned last week that I'd be on the easiest/squarest over of the year, and I still may. Weather permitting. 2 teams out of anything this late in the year creates an atmosphere where guys want to get out of the game healthy. I see no incentive for hard tackling. This should be the lowest viewed game of the week and I may need to have a wager to keep me interested. I wait for Cyrax's opinion. 

I'm stay away from this game . Neither team cares about this game , They will probably let their 2 & 3 string play.
