There are a few political threads in the PB. I do not open those threads because I am bored by their contents.

There is one thread in the PB started by bigred. Within it there is no shortage of stupidity and bickering. Anyone bothered by it should treat that thread the same way I treat the political thread.

The Newsletter has not been infected by any of that BS.

As with everything in life ... it is not what happens that effects us, but how we choose to deal with it

Every thread has been infected in one way or the other the last few months . You seriously cant deny that. I would suggest rereading  ( even the CD newsletter ) . Its just tiresome after a while . No big deal . I know you are not gambling anyways which is great for you but you have seemed to now occupy your time ganging up on Shrimp . Last year it was fun as I like to rib him too but things have changed . This will probably be my last post on this matter . Good luck the rest of the seasom to all you fine gents

One thing that really baffles me, where do these guys get the energy, to keep spewing this drivel for so long?! After a certain point it just becomes so tedious, to even read.

I get the same headache as you reading and repeating the same old crap. It's why I refuse to comment in political or religious matters. I am a Republican and don't always vote along party lines. I am also a Christian who doesn't go to church. I think therefore I am (Descartes). Still waiting for the Common Sense Party of America to emerge. 

The most sense people have now is entitlement, its like freedom does not include any sense of civic duty. Gubermint =all bad.That will be my last political type comment. Which reminds me of a song by Cream that i have not heard in ages, gonna google it now while my pasta cools. POLITICIAN good song.
