Week 9........lets light this fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!............thurs......texans at jets......jets-2......42.........a bigger pile of shit of a sports franchise i cant imagine....jets are falling apart and a aron should just retire and do shrooms, shouldn't we all?....moving on, if the jets d gave up 25 to the pats its hard to think the texans cant put up that much as well......texans should have covered last week but mixon fumbles inside the 10 with 2ish minutes left and they win by just 3.....u can guess who had the texans -5.....me......jets offense should get about 20 as well, i lean heavy to the over here when i know thurs nite games in general are lower scoring.......texans 27-jets 20.............

Chargers at browns......chargers-2.....42........i told all of you last week the slander of my fsu legend would not be tolerated, so suck it , the man balled out and the browns grabbed a huge win over big purple's ravens (last know location of big grimmace was in the corner of his kitchen curled up in a ball crying)...........chargers had their usual boring as fuck game runnin the ball and playin good d, but against a broken non competitive team in the saints so not sure that tells us anything.....i feel cleveland can keep this game close as well and i look for them to squeak out a win.......cle 22....la 16..........

I was at the game on Sunday. You're right in that it at least started off boring -- a FG and 1 TD with a missed PAT for the Chargers.
That second half was lit, though. Chargers hadn't scored a 2H touchdown since week 1, and we got to see 2 Herbert-to-McConkey touchdowns; one of which was an electrifying 66 yarder that saw McConkey outjump the nickel corner and then juke a DB after the catch en route to it.
I feel that connection is starting to thrive now. Chark -- who's perhaps the Chargers only vertical deep threat with speed -- will be back this coming week. So I'm excited to avoid those boring offensive games. (I'll take a strong running game with Ws on the board any day of the week over losses, though.)
I think the Browns, at home, with Jameis behind center may be a bit difficult to overcome for the boys in powder blue, though. Rumor has it that Hortiz (Chagers GM) is working the phones looking to grab a pass rusher, pass-catching TE (probably won't be Njoku now), and maybe a WR.
