I'll be rooting for Fields. He's shown improvement(even if just slightly) every year. Now his situation in Pitt isn't so clear. I don't think that their O line is too good either. Have they brought in new guys and improved it?
As of now, I can't even name Pitt's OC. Don't know many of their wr's either. And they play in a division where bad ass defenders live.
What Justin will bring to the table is incredible scrambling and rushing ability. The Steelers haven't seen that from the QB position ever. Did you know, that Justin Fields led the Bears in rushing the last 2 seasons?
Which segues me to the Bears rush offense. People do not realize that Fields was 70% of the ground game. I don't think that it should be assumed that this rush offense will continue to be dominant. I'll have to see what new OC Shane Waldron runs this pre season. I'm guessing a lot of 3 WR sets with Moore, Allen and Odunzje. And when TE Cole Kmet is on the field with them, think of it as a 4 WR set. The dude isn't really a good blocker.
I'll assure you all that Caleb Williams will not rush like Justin did. Williams might be quick, agile and athletic. But he is much smaller, and weighs less. And he won't be going against New Mexico State level defenders.

We will see, but I see another hyped up college QB that won't pan out...and you can say he only lost because of USC's D, but on the flip side you could also say he only won because he played in a weak Pac 12 conference, aside from Washington and Oregon....he didn't win a conference title, didn't even get there, and he never beat Utah in the 3 times they played and Utah is not a high caliber team even in the Pac 12...he just seems soft for the NFL in my opinion and I watched this kid and thought he was an ok college QB, but the NFL, as fast as it moves, he will not be able to handle it....
